The cosy 3-room non-smoking apartment (approx. 50 sqm) is on the 1st floor of our detached house.
Bookable from 2 persons.
The living area is equipped with a seating area for at least 4 persons and a dining table with 4 chairs. Sat-TV and radio are available. The room is covered with parquet (laminate).
The separate "parents" bedroom and the "children's" bedroom are laid out with laminate flooring.
In the parents' bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 80cm x 190cm). In the children's bedroom there are two single beds (90cm x 190cm).
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooker (no oven), microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker and enough dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Each room has a window
Wi-Fi free of charge (no claims for compensation in case of disruptions).
The parking space is on our property in front of the house.

Scharbeutz "in the heart" of the Lübeck Bay.
Our house is located approx. 700 m from the Baltic Sea. The beach, town centre, spa gardens and forest can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
The Hansapark Sierksdorf, as well as Sealife-Center Timmendorfer Strand are km away
Ostseetherme 4 km. The marzipan city Lübeck 20 km.
In the village are shopping centre we have the markets SKY,Penny,Aldi.
4 bakeries are also available.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation conditions:** Minimum fee €50, from booking 20%, 44 days before the start of the trip 40%, 29 days before the start of the trip 60%, 21 days before the start of the trip 90%, from 13 days before the start of the trip 100%. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the holiday apartment is provided, confirmed, and a deposit has been paid. The guest is obliged to pay for the contractual services not used, minus the expenses saved by the landlord. The landlord is, in good faith, obliged to try to rent out the holiday apartment to someone else in order to avoid losses. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We had a nice stay, the vacation apartment was clean, adequately equipped, unfortunately lacking an oven, small goodies like toilet paper, salt, coffee filters were on site, enough space for everyone, the mattresses were good and a very nice landlord. A great playground directly opposite. Location in a quiet side street. The beach and promenade are reachable on foot in about 15 minutes.
recommend for: holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday
