Description
Relaxing in the shade, sunbathing by the pool, barbecues, long breakfast, a quiet area and only 5 minutes from the beach.
Villa Teodora is an excellent choice for a good holiday. The garden is spacious, with a private pool, practical parasols, comfortable deck chairs, a lot of green, and it is safe for children. There is plenty of room for parking on the property.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, spices and utensils. There are many large windows which give lots of light inside. The rooms are
quiet, and have a look at the fresh and green nature. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and a comfortable chair.
The area is quiet, who are in the morning fresh and sunny, and the evenings quiet and romantic.
There are many good restaurants in the area, and the beaches have clean and clear sea.

Villa Teodora is surrounded by nature in a newly built, quiet village Presika.
From the town of Labin, where supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), bank, gas station, located, is only 3 km.
Villa Teodora is an excellent starting point for trips around Istria, visit wine roads, olive groves, medieval towns.
In the summer in Istria, are more than 1800 different tourist manifestations and programs in which you can enjoy.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. Distance from the sea is 3 km from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km away. On the hill is the old cobbled street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town with countless galleries and studios of local artists who filled to keep the legacy of their ancestors. You can also enjoy in Istrian taverns with various oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Super vacation
The accommodation is a dream. If you are looking for a quiet location, Villa Teodora is just the right place.
It is a very beautiful and well-maintained house, with a stunning pool and garden.
Very nice, hospitable landlords. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

Lovely holiday home
We stayed here for a week with 6 people and a small dog.
The little house was clean and equipped with everything that is needed.
Beautiful garden and swimming pool. What was also nice was that there were a fridge and stove in the large outdoor shed.
Very friendly landlords. Our son turned 10 and we received an ice cream cake. There was also fruit and some drinks provided upon arrival.
Within walking distance of a cozy village. A car is needed for outings.
The only downside perhaps is the road to the house.

Very nice house with a garden and a great pool.
The house is well-equipped and well-maintained.

We stayed at Villa Teodora for a total of 2 weeks. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed absolute peace there, away from mass tourism and hustle and bustle. The landlords are very friendly and attentive to the well-being of their tenants and available at all times. When we had a problem, Maurizio was there immediately to help. We will go back there next year and are already looking forward to Istria. A thoroughly relaxing and beautiful holiday, highly recommended! We say THANK YOU! Recommended for: Holiday with dogs, culture & sightseeing, beach holiday.

We highly recommend it (Family Torba)
The house is very clean and just like in the description of even better. The owners are very nice and friendly they also help if there are any problems. When you arrive they tell you a lot about the city. If we ever visit Croatia again we will use this accommodation again. We really highly recommend it.
