Description
On the upper floor of a thatched semi-detached house, the approx. 56 m² flat offers guests space on two levels.
On the lower level are the living area with balcony, a self-contained kitchen and the bathroom.
A staircase leads to the open bedroom in the attic. This cosy room is characterised by its two bat dormers. Bookworms will find a cosy spot here.
The holiday flat is equipped with central heating.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house. There is also a bicycle storage facility on the property.
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, smoking and pets are not allowed.
Excursion tips: A sports beach with a surfing and kitesurfing school is about 1.5 km away. Children can do handicrafts, tinker, discover and learn at the Experimentarium in Zingst.
Outpatient therapies and wellness treatments can be booked at the spa centre.
Visit the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and the amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten, the artists' colony of Ahrenshoop, the Baltic Sea resorts of Prerow and Wustrow or the fishing villages of Born and Wieck as well as the bird park of Marlow.
Sail on a Zesen boat on the Bodden or take a boat trip to the island of Hiddensee or the Vineta town of Barth, past the bird sanctuary islands of Kirr and Oie.
Worth seeing: the migration of the cranes in spring and especially in autumn is an incomparable experience.
From special observation stands and on guided observation tours (from the water) you can watch thousands of cranes
cranes, which stop over on the Zingst peninsula on their way to and from the south.

Location and surroundings of object
The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula has one of the most beautiful and varied coastal landscapes in the Baltic Sea region.
The village of Zingst has a privileged location between the Bodden waters and the Baltic Sea. Nestled in a particularly beautiful natural area, the town's charm comes from its small-scale architecture and its cosy pedestrian zone with numerous shops and good restaurants.
Away from the hustle and bustle, in an absolutely quiet location, the small holiday settlement 'Achtern Diek' is situated outside the village about 3.5 km east of the centre of Zingst on a site overgrown with old pine trees directly at the Osterwald nature reserve. The fine sandy beach is less than 100 m away as the crow flies.
From here you can take long walks on the beach or explore nature by bike.
Bicycle rental and bread service are nearby.

| The municipality levies a visitor's tax in accordance with the municipal statutes. We ask for your understanding that in the main, early and late season, bookings are only possible on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. We hope this will allow you a relaxed arrival, as in many places Saturday is favoured as a change of bed and the volume of traffic increases considerably. In the low season, bookings are possible from 5 nights with any arrival and departure day. |
Cancellation terms:
Up to 60 days before rental start: 25% of the rental price 59 to 45 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price 44 to 30 days before rental start: 75% of the rental price From 29 days before rental start: 100% of the rental price provided that re-renting the holiday apartment was not possible. The tenant may, with the consent of the landlord, provide a substitute tenant who assumes the rights and obligations of the rental agreement. In any case, a processing fee of €30.00 will be retained.

Felt very well..

Pure vacation

cosy flat directly by the sea
A very quietly located flat, which offers great recreational value due to its proximity to the beach, the beautiful southwest balcony and its great and stylish furnishings, and in which we felt very comfortable right from the start. A mosquito screen on the balcony door would certainly be a useful addition.
Beach walks and easily navigable cycle paths in the beautiful surroundings invite you to an active holiday. We also enjoyed the great sunsets very much.
We will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation time in times of Corona.
Cozy, peaceful, cuddly holiday apartment with everything you need on vacation: comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings, mosquito protection on the windows, a sunny balcony in a south-west location, an amazing beach nearby, clean, fine sandy and without the often usual musty algae accumulations at the Baltic Sea, and with Zingst a lively but stylish place to stroll and dine. We felt very comfortable. Thanks to Mrs. Kaulfürst for a completely successful holiday.
