Description
The quiet "Appartamento" is the result of several rooms of an old mansion. The new lighting emphasize the unique charm of this house, all around to live in the countryside (su dynamic Google Map).
The new roof terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Maritime Alps and the sea and is in the warmer months, a second living room. All rooms are on the 1st floor and amount incl. Roof terrace about 43 sqm.
A fireplace creates also in the transition period quickly warmth

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Trincheri lies 4 km above Dolcedo. Dolcedo is the main town in the scenic and architectural gem - the Prino Valley, a center of olive cultivation. In Dolcedo you will find everything for your daily needs and typical restaurants.
Car: Recommended, but a bus runs from nearby Bellissimi (700 m away) to Imperia and back 3 times a day. The region is also ideally suited for mountain bikers, experienced cyclists, and motorcyclists.
EXCURSIONS:
- The breathtaking nature begins—right in front of the HOUSE—ideal for hikers and for cycling tours. Right in front of the house, at the village chapel, a mule path begins, which leads through olive groves and oak forest about 20 min. up to Santa Brigida (457m). From there, you can continue hiking for 2.5 hrs. to Monte Faudo, the highest mountain in the region ( m). - The bridge circular trail, popular with our guests, also begins at SANTA BRIGIDA (brochure in the house).
- Towards the sea, a DREAM PATH leads along the mountain ridge to Civezza (5 km), then on to the old seaside resort San Lorenzo (another 5 km) – with sandy and rocky beaches.
- It is only 700 m to BELLISSIMI – truly beautiful to behold. From there, a footpath leads down through the enchanting olive groves to Dolcedo in 20 minutes. If necessary, you can also take a bus back at midday or in the evening. - Another worthwhile destination from the house leads via LECCHIORE (20 min.) to the romantically situated chapel 'Acqua Santa' and -- especially in summer -- further to the small refreshing bathing lakes 'LAGHETTI'.
BEACH LIFE:
- SAN LORENZO (10 km) is a seaside resort with Italian charm -- always awarded the blue flag for excellent water quality. There you will find public and managed sand and rocky beaches. Everywhere there is delicious fish, wine, and cafés – and the best ice cream far and wide. Parking spaces in town and with a parking ticket at the disused train station.
- From here, a new CYCLE PATH runs along the sea over the old railway line all the way to San Remo and, recently, via Imperia to Diano-Marina.
- IMPERIA – Porto Maurizio (11 km) offers, at the mouth of the Prino, next to a large free parking lot, a small restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere by the sea. In the direction of Porto Maurizio, many small beaches and restaurants line the way along the sea. A promenade leads over the small fishing harbor to the marina of Porto Maurizio with the large bathing bay 'GOLDSTRAND'.
- More beaches to the east also in Imperia-Oneglia, to the west San Stefano or Riva Ligure.

Ligurian OLIVE OIL and various WINES can be found in a box in the kitchen. The oil comes from our olive farmer – she is also responsible for the final cleaning. There are FLY SCREENS on the important windows. For the transitional period, there is a wood stove in the living room. In addition, there are electric mobile radiant heaters and a fan heater for the bathroom.

Beautiful Liguria!
What can I say, it was a dream! A great flat, very nice landlords. Then the peace and quiet, the view, my wife didn't want to go home, she would have liked to stay another week, which I don't know about her. Then the delicious food. That was dolce vita. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the Hawel family! -

Great! Great!
Very tastefully furnished rustico in the mountains with a distant view of the sea. We wanted for nothing. Hiking, swimming, culture and café with warm brioche. This was already our second time in Tricheri/Casa Oliva. We used the new roof terrace extensively. Highly recommended!

Any time again
The holiday apartment is located in a very beautiful landscape, surrounded by olive groves. From the house, you have many opportunities to go hiking or reach the sea by car in a short time. The apartment in an old stone house is beautifully restored and there are many loving details to feel comfortable. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with a view of the Ligurian landscape.

Wonderfully relaxed!!!
This year we stayed for the third time in the "appartamento oliva" in the wonderful Trincheri. And that was definitely not the last time...:-) The house is situated in the middle of an olive grove. The flat is very well equipped. And then there is the great roof terrace!!! But what we like most is the peace and quiet...;-) All in all, it is a really authentic Italian holiday for us! Arrive, relax immediately and enjoy ...;-)

20 years ago, we discovered our "little paradise". For many years we have carefully restored and decorated.
