The quiet "Appartamento" is the result of several rooms of an old mansion. The new lighting emphasize the unique charm of this house, all around to live in the countryside (su dynamic Google Map).
The new roof terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Maritime Alps and the sea and is in the warmer months, a second living room. All rooms are on the 1st floor and amount incl. Roof terrace about 43 sqm.
A fireplace creates also in the transition period quickly warmth

Location and surroundings of object
The small village Trincheri located 4 km above Dolcedo. Dolcedo is the main town in the scenic and architectural jewel - the Prino, a center of olive cultivation. In Dolcedo you will find everything for your daily needs and typical restaurants.
Car: recommended, but a bus goes from the 700 m distant Bellissimi 3x daily to Imperia and back.
The region is also ideal for mountain bikers, experienced cyclists and motorcyclists
TRIPS:
- The beautiful nature starts - directly in front of the HOUSE - ideal for walkers and cycling. Directly before the house begins at the village chapel, a mule path through olive groves and oak forest 20 min. Up to the Santa Brigida (457m) leads. From there you can hrs. Further hike Monte Faldo, the highest mountain in the region (1,149 m).
- In SANTA BRIGIDA also popular by our guests Bridge trail begins (brochure in the house).
- In the sea a Dream Path leads along the ridge to Civezza (5 km) next to the old seaside resort of San Lorenzo (another 5 km) - with sand and rocky beach.
- Only 700 m are to BELLISSIMI - really nice to look at. From there a footpath leads in 20 min. Down by the dreamlike olive groves to Dolcedo. Back you can if necessary also for lunch or dinner, take a bus.
- Another worthwhile destination from the house via Lecchiore for romantic old chapel 'Acqua Santa' and (20 min.) - Especially in summer - next to the little refreshing lakes 'LAGHETTI'.
BEACH LIFE:
- SAN LORENZO (10 km) is a seaside resort with Italian charm (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 award Blue Flag for excellent water quality). There you will find public and farmed sandy and rocky beaches. Everywhere there are delicious fish, Wine and cafes - and the best ice cream for miles around. Parking in the village and with a parking permit at the disused railway station.
- From here a new cycle along the sea along the old railway line to San Remo - bicycles can be rented in San Lorenzo (Elio Sport).
- IMPERIA - Porto Maurizio (11 km) offers the Prino estuary next to a large free car park a small atmospheric restaurant by the sea. In direction to Porto Maurizio
close to the road by the sea many small beaches and restaurants. About the little fishing port performs a promenade to the marina of Porto Maurizio with the large bay 'GOLD BEACH'.
- More beaches to the east in Imperia-Oneglia, west San Stefano or Riva Ligure.

Beautiful Liguria!
What can I say, it was a dream! A great flat, very nice landlords. Then the peace and quiet, the view, my wife didn't want to go home, she would have liked to stay another week, which I don't know about her. Then the delicious food. That was dolce vita. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the Hawel family! -

Very tastefully furnished rustico in the mountains with a distant view of the sea. We wanted for nothing. Hiking, swimming, culture and café with warm brioche. This was already our second time in Tricheri/Casa Oliva. We used the new roof terrace extensively. Highly recommended!

Any time again
The holiday apartment is located in a very beautiful landscape, surrounded by olive groves. From the house, you have many opportunities to go hiking or reach the sea by car in a short time. The apartment in an old stone house is beautifully restored and there are many loving details to feel comfortable. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with a view of the Ligurian landscape.

Wonderfully relaxed!!!
This year we stayed for the third time in the "appartamento oliva" in the wonderful Trincheri. And that was definitely not the last time...:-) The house is situated in the middle of an olive grove. The flat is very well equipped. And then there is the great roof terrace!!! But what we like most is the peace and quiet...;-) All in all, it is a really authentic Italian holiday for us! Arrive, relax immediately and enjoy ...;-)

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful area
We spent a wonderful time in "Oliva" and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Beautifully quiet and equipped with everything you need. A definite highlight is the rooftop terrace with splendid views. Whether beach holiday, sports activities, hiking, visiting beautiful cities or attractions, or just relaxing - everything is guaranteed. Before the trip, the landlord provided us with comprehensive information/addresses/sights, which was especially helpful.

Super vacation in the olive grove
Why use a GPS? Just follow the excellent directions of the owner up to this splendid country house in the olive grove - then pure vacation! Untouched nature around the house or lively Italy on the coast. This autumn, we enjoyed it for the third time, this time in the "Olivia apartment." The new roof terrace with its stylish sunshade offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the coastal region. The stylish and practical furnishings guarantee a relaxing stay.
