The house is about 30 minutes from Palma airport.
There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the golf courses are not far away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita it takes approximately 10-15 minutes traveling time.
The house has sea views from all rooms, a screened-in swimming pool, beautifully landscaped. Garden with lemon and lime trees.
The house has four bedrooms, an open kitchen with living and dining room, two bathrooms, two separate WC and a separate shower.

Great holiday home near Cala PI
Contact with the landlord was very good, we would book the holiday home again at any time. Location with a view of the sea is beautiful, quiet residential area, yet not far to drive to beautiful bays. The equipment was lacking nothing, the house is furnished with a personal touch. There is a large pool with loungers and a covered terrace with a charcoal grill, beautifully lit in the evenings. 500 meters from the house is a German-run restaurant with a view of the bay. Car necessary, Lidl, Aldi in the town Campos

Great House!
We were at Casa Lüchen last September, and we were completely amazed by the house and the beautiful surroundings. We could eat outside every day and enjoy the lovely view.
Everything from booking to checkout went smoothly.

Absolutely recommend - we will come back!
We (two families with a total of 3 children) took a vacation for 12 days in Casa Lüchen and were absolutely thrilled. The communication before the vacation with Mrs. Dincher was always friendly and helpful. The finca truly leaves nothing to be desired. There is nothing missing! The furnishings are stylish and clean. From all the windows, there is a fantastic view of the sea. The pool is large and is regularly cleaned. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and is an absolute must in summer.
The surroundings are very quiet - a car is therefore highly recommended.
We can definitely recommend Casa Lüchen and would love to come back!

We had a great time!!!
We can definitely recommend Casa Lüchen. Everything is very nicely furnished and, above all, very clean. Nothing is missing, the view is great and the pool is big and cleaned regularly. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is also sufficient even in very high heat. A car should be available. The restaurant "Mirador de Cabrera" operated by Jörg Klausmann, which is five minutes away, is also highly recommended. We would gladly come back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der gemütlich eingerichteten Casa Lünchen.
Auto notwendig, Lidl,Aldi im Ort Campos
Über Buchung bis zum auschecken verlief alles reibungslos.

Die Finca lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und sauber. Von allem Fenstern hat man einen sagenhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Klimaanlagen sind in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden und ein absolutes Muss im Sommer.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig - ein Auto daher absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir können das Casa Lüchen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!
Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem ist alles sauber.
Es fehlt an nichts, die Aussicht ist toll und der Pool groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt.
Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind auch bei sehr großer Hitze ausreichend. Ein PKW sollte vorhanden sein.
Das fünf Minuten entfernte, von Jörg Klausmann betriebene Restaurant "Mirador de Cabrera" ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war für diese Zeit ungewöhnlich warm und anfangs sehr feucht auf Mallorca.
Da half die Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich schon sehr. Leider gab es diese nicht
für den Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss.
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet (auch für mehr Menschen), hat einen angenehmen
Pool (für uns etwas zu warm) mit einem gut überdachten Außensitzplatz.
Die Lage nah am Meer ist fantastisch und auch, dass hier "nur" eine niedrige Steilküste
gibt, von daher war es auch nicht überlaufen, wie sonst an allen anderen Stränden,
an denen Baden möglich war.
Insgesamt eine wirklich gut durchdachte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
und würden das Ferienhaus wieder anmieten, aber nur in einer anderen Jahreszeit.
Hervorragendes Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Großer Pool mit schönen schattigen Sitzecken.
Ruhe und Aussicht fantastisch!
Auto erforderlich, wussten wir aber vorher.
Kompliment an Eigentümer und Hausverwalter, wir waren rundum zufrieden ? und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen , der Ausblick ist ein Traum . Ausstattung war auch alles vorhanden ,die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und der Pool einfach klasse. Das kleine Begrüssungsgeschenk haben wir uns auch schmecken lassen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen , aber mit Mietwagen kein Problem.
Vielen Dank nochmal und wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Und würden es wieder buchen.
Tolle Lage! Tolles Haus! Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und vermisst rein gar nichts!
Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.
Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen und können uns vorstellen, hier mal wieder Urlaub zu machen.
Die Unterkunft in dieser Villa, hat all unsere Erwartungen, in Richtung Ruhe, Komfort, Platz, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung mehr als erfüllt.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben von unserer Unterkunft die Strände, Städte uns Sehenswürdigkeiten erkundet. Einziges Manko, in direkter Laufnähe gab es keinen Supermarkt.
Wir haben uns sehr sehr gut erholt und können Casa Lüchen sehr empfehlen
Man benötigt ein Auto. Aber dann ist alles gut erreichbar: traumhafte Buchten, tolle Strände und bunte Wochenmärkte.

Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen und nicht nur planschen kann. Und nicht zu vergessen der wunderbare Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, einfach traumhaft. Und die herrliche Ruhe! Für evtl. Notfälle oder Probleme (die es nicht gab) steht sogar ein deutschsprachiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort bereit. Ein klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen: Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Ich kann Casa Lüchen nur empfehlen und plane bereits, wieder einige Tage dort zu verbringen.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
