The house is about 30 minutes from Palma airport.
There are shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, the golf courses are not far away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita it takes approximately 10-15 minutes traveling time.
The house has sea views from all rooms, a screened-in swimming pool, beautifully landscaped. Garden with lemon and lime trees.
The house has four bedrooms, an open kitchen with living and dining room, two bathrooms, two separate WC and a separate shower.

The house is situated in a quiet area with direct sea views. there are about 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi. The house is located in the residential area of Vallgornera.

Smoking is not allowed in closed rooms of Casa Lüchen. But can those who want to smoke do so on the terrace or balcony.

Great holiday home near Cala PI

Contact with the landlord was very good, we would book the holiday home again at any time. Location with a view of the sea is beautiful, quiet residential area, yet not far to drive to beautiful bays. The equipment was lacking nothing, the house is furnished with a personal touch. There is a large pool with loungers and a covered terrace with a charcoal grill, beautifully lit in the evenings. 500 meters from the house is a German-run restaurant with a view of the bay. Car necessary, Lidl, Aldi in the town Campos

Great House!

We were at Casa Lüchen last September, and we were completely amazed by the house and the beautiful surroundings. We could eat outside every day and enjoy the lovely view.
Everything from booking to checkout went smoothly.

Absolutely recommend - we will come back!

We (two families with a total of 3 children) took a vacation for 12 days in Casa Lüchen and were absolutely thrilled. The communication before the vacation with Mrs. Dincher was always friendly and helpful. The finca truly leaves nothing to be desired. There is nothing missing! The furnishings are stylish and clean. From all the windows, there is a fantastic view of the sea. The pool is large and is regularly cleaned. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and is an absolute must in summer.
The surroundings are very quiet - a car is therefore highly recommended.

We can definitely recommend Casa Lüchen and would love to come back!

We had a great time!!!

We can definitely recommend Casa Lüchen. Everything is very nicely furnished and, above all, very clean. Nothing is missing, the view is great and the pool is big and cleaned regularly. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is also sufficient even in very high heat. A car should be available. The restaurant "Mirador de Cabrera" operated by Jörg Klausmann, which is five minutes away, is also highly recommended. We would gladly come back!

Very beautiful house in a good location!

We, two people, occupied this house for a few days in June 2023. It was unusually warm and initially very humid in Mallorca during this time. The air conditioning in the bedroom area was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning for the living area on the ground floor. The house is perfectly equipped (even for more people), has a pleasant pool (a bit too warm for us) with a well-covered outdoor seating area. The location near the sea is fantastic, and it's also great that there is only a low cliff coast, so it wasn't overcrowded like all the other beaches where swimming was possible. Overall, it's a really well-thought-out accommodation. We felt comfortable and would rent the vacation house again, but only in a different season.

Excellent rest in a great house !

Everything worked smoothly
Excellent house with very tasteful furnishings. Nothing was missing. Large pool with lovely shaded seating areas.

Car required, but we knew that beforehand

Great house

We, 5 girls had a wonderful short holiday in Casa Lüchen and on Mallorca.
The house leaves nothing to be desired, the view is a dream. Everything was available, the furnishings were very tasteful and the pool was just great. We also enjoyed the small welcome gift. The house is in a quiet location, but with a rental car no problem
Thank you again and we can recommend it 100%. And we would book it again.

Beautiful house for rest and relaxation

We, 5 adults and 1 toddler spent 12 wonderful days in Casa Lüchen. The house is very tastefully furnished with many small details and has a fantastic sea view. Nothing is missing. You definitely need a car, as the nearest shopping facilities and beaches are a few kilometres away, but that didn't bother us.

We have spent wonderful 14 days of vacation here. The house has everything you need. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this house in this area is the perfect place for you.
Everything worked smoothly.

Eine Wohlfühloase

A spacious house, lovingly decorated, where I felt very comfortable. Especially worth mentioning is the pool, where you can really swim and not just splash around. And let's not forget the wonderful view from the terrace of the sea, simply fantastic. And the peacefulness is delightful! In case of emergencies or problems (which did not occur), there is even a German-speaking contact person available on-site. A tiny downside: Without a car, you are stranded. I can only recommend Casa Lüchen and am already planning to spend a few days there again.
