the holiday home in the residential area of El Retiro with private pool is situated on a private plot, only 550 metres from the sandy beach Las Marinas in Denia. The private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. Sun loungers, a seating area and a parasol are provided on the pool terrace. A brick barbecue grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. You can park your car in the garage on the secluded private property. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within a radius of 500 metres and can be easily reached on foot, as can the beach. The city centre of Denia is about 3 km away.
