Description
the detached holiday home with its own private pool is situated on its own private property near the beach. The property is fenced and there is a parking space for your car inside the property. The two-storey house is divided into a living-dining room with SAT-TV, internet via WIFI and air conditioning, from where you also have access to the furnished terrace and the pool. The open kitchen has a counter and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster and coffee machine. A double bedroom with exit to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also located on the ground floor of the house. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed and has a small sun terrace, the other has two single beds and has its own balcony. These bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, so you will find a restful sleep here even in the summer months. The air conditioners can also be used to heat the room instead of cooling it on cooler winter days. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available for this floor. The double beds are 1.35 and 1.50 m wide, the single beds are 0.90 m wide. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for you. Pets are allowed up to a maximum of 10 kg.
The beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beach is only 600 metres away, and the nearest restaurant is about 300 metres away. Shopping facilities are about 700 metres away. The town centre of Denia is about 4.5 km away, on the way there you will find numerous other restaurants and bars as well as sports and entertainment facilities. There is also a large golf course only a few kilometres away.
