Description
The detached holiday home for sole use is situated on a private plot of one thousand square metres. The sunny terrace by the pool is completely tiled and equipped with an outdoor shower. The large private pool has a Roman staircase for easy access. Four sun loungers are available for your relaxation. The pool area is protected from prying eyes by high hedges, so that you can move around freely and spend an informal holiday.
The covered terrace at the house is equipped with a garden table and chairs. An electric grill allows you to barbecue at the place of your choice. In the evening, the illuminated pool offers a romantic atmosphere.
The large, beautifully grown plot with a well-kept garden is enclosed all around. There is a covered, shaded carport for your car. There is another furnished terrace at the entrance to the house. The well-kept holiday home was built on one floor.
The living-dining room with exit to the furnished terrace is equipped with a sofa set, a dining group, fireplace and SAT-TV as well as a large air-conditioning system (hot/cold). In the cooler months, infrared heaters are also available in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee maker as well as crockery and pots. A washing machine is located in the pantry next door.
The two double bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a large closet. An extra bed can be provided for a fee of 50,-- Euro per week.
Both rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold).
Two bathrooms with WC and electrically heated towel rails are available for you.
The sandy beach is only 2 km away, a rocky beach can be reached in 4 km. Restaurants and shopping facilities are about 1 km away.
