The nice and cozy holiday house has been renovated in winter 2016/2017 and fully equipped with new light furniture.
2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate fully renovated WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee machine + Nespresso capsule machine ....). A large enclosed garden with sun terrace and seating invites you to linger and relax and outstanding barbecue. About a coastal one comes in about 15 min. To 800 m distant sea.
Bedroom 1 with a "swiss-sense" -Boxspringbett ( mx m) with 9-zone pocket spring core and a high Aeromax-toppers with additional 1,500 (!) Micro-pocket springs.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds 0,90 mx 2,00 m), also with pocket sprung mattresses.
!!!! The house is a Non smoking house !!!!

Location and surroundings of object
The house stands on a 330m² plot, which is completely fenced. A south facing sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol, a car parking space at the house and a storage room for bicycles is available.
In Resort "Ooghduyne" there is a restaurant with café, a snack bar and many sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, children's playgrounds, 9-hole golf course, 6-hole golf course, mini golf course and only in 2016 newly built adventure pool.
At the 30 km long dunes of North Holland, about 5 km from the port of Den Helder Julianadorp an Zee is embedded in wide tulip fields and agricultural land.
Shopping centers, fine restaurants, cafes, doctors and a pharmacy are nearby. The Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne is a very well-kept area, surrounded by tulip fields, in a quiet location overlooking the dunes.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit Teenager und Hund hier verbracht. Das Haus ist wie in den Bildern zu erkennen liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Park ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Park selber gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung, meist gegen kleine Gebühr. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung ist angenehm und einfach. Für Familien mit Kindern und Hund absolut zu empfehlen.

Superschönes Haus
Wir waren schon das zweite mal in dem Haus. Und es war wieder wunderschön. Familie Niedermeyer legt großen Wert auf Gemütlichkeit. Es fehlt an nichts. Von den neunen Gartenmöbeln bis hin zum Backofen( der in Holland in einer Ferienwohnung eine Seltenheit ist). Es wird an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und der Verwalter super nett. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Der Platz war für uns mehr als ausreichend und wir konnten mit dem Radio sogar unseren Heimatsender empfangen! Auch die Aufmerksamkeiten der Vermieter fanden wir toll - hätten wir bisher noch nie. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Hekkert ist sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war - wir hatten unseren Fön vergessen und im Haus war keiner. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst.

Oase der Erholung
Wir haben 2 erholsame Wochen in diesem modern und freundlich eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Tolles Ambiente für gemütliche Abende. Ideal gelegen für Radtouren in den Dünen, für Strandläufer und Wassersportler.
Unser Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner Ausstattung
Wir waren für eine kleine Auszeit in Julianadorp und haben uns im Ferienhaus Strandoase sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist neu renoviert, bestens ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Das Haus ist liebevoll mit schöner maritimer Deko und auch mit allen nötigen Alltagsgegenständen eingerichtet worden. Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtücher, Alufolie usw - solch Kleinigkeiten, die man gerne mal vergisst einzupacken, waren alle vor Ort. Es sind auch Bücher und Spiele für alle Altersgruppen vorhanden.
Uns hat das Haus und dessen Lage gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
