The nice and cozy holiday house has been renovated in winter 2016/2017 and fully equipped with new light furniture.
2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate fully renovated WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee machine + Nespresso capsule machine ....). A large enclosed garden with sun terrace and seating invites you to linger and relax and outstanding barbecue. About a coastal one comes in about 15 min. To 800 m distant sea.
Bedroom 1 with a "swiss-sense" -Boxspringbett ( mx m) with 9-zone pocket spring core and a high Aeromax-toppers with additional 1,500 (!) Micro-pocket springs.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds 0,90 mx 2,00 m), also with pocket sprung mattresses.
!!!! The house is a Non smoking house !!!!

The house stands on a 330m² plot, which is completely fenced. A south facing sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol, a car parking space at the house and a storage room for bicycles is available.
In Resort "Ooghduyne" there is a restaurant with café, a snack bar and many sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, children's playgrounds, 9-hole golf course, 6-hole golf course, mini golf course and only in 2016 newly built adventure pool.
At the 30 km long dunes of North Holland, about 5 km from the port of Den Helder Julianadorp an Zee is embedded in wide tulip fields and agricultural land.
Shopping centers, fine restaurants, cafes, doctors and a pharmacy are nearby. The Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne is a very well-kept area, surrounded by tulip fields, in a quiet location overlooking the dunes.

Urlaub mit Hund
We spent our summer vacation here with teenagers and a dog. The house is lovingly furnished as seen in the pictures and really lacks nothing. The park is clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes on foot. In the park itself, there are various recreational activities, mostly for a small fee. The handling and support are pleasant and easy. Highly recommended for families with children and dogs.

Superschönes Haus
We have been to the house for the second time. And it was beautiful again. The Niedermeyer family values coziness greatly. Nothing is lacking. From the new garden furniture to the oven (which is a rarity in a holiday apartment in Holland). Everything is taken care of. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the caretaker is super nice. We would love to come back next year.

A great vacation in a beautiful house on the coast of Southern France.
We felt very comfortable - the kitchen is well equipped and the furnishings are very tasteful. The space was more than adequate for us, and we could even receive our local radio station with the radio! We also found the attentions of the landlords great - we had never experienced that before. The on-site support from Mr. Hekkert is very good. We will definitely come back. The only downside was - we had forgotten our hairdryer and there was none in the house. Otherwise, we did not miss anything.

Alles super. Immer wieder gerne.
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.

Oasis of relaxation
We spent 2 relaxing weeks in this modern and friendly furnished house. The equipment is very good, we didn't miss anything. Great atmosphere for cozy evenings. Ideally located for cycling tours in the dunes, beach walkers, and water sports enthusiasts.
Our conclusion: Anytime again!

very nice holiday home with beautiful furnishings
We took a short break in Julianadorp and felt very comfortable in the Strandoase holiday home! The house is newly renovated, well-equipped, and we didn't miss anything.
The house has been lovingly decorated with beautiful maritime decor and all necessary everyday items are provided. Dishwasher tabs, dish towels, aluminum foil, etc. - such little things that are easily forgotten to pack were all there. There are also books and games for all age groups available. We really liked the house and its location, we will definitely come back again.
