Description

Our detached, modern, ground-level holiday home Dünenoase, renovated in 2023, is in an exclusive location in Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne, surrounded by beautiful tulip fields and situated on the dunes. From your holiday home you can reach the long and fine sandy beach by bike or on foot through the tulip fields after only about 900m. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Holland. For golf enthusiasts, the 9-hole golf course in the park with driving range and putting green is only 200 metres from the house.

Our holiday home Dünenoase is lovingly and comfortably furnished for up to 4 people.
The 75sqm living area is generously divided and the 355sqm large, fenced and wonderfully overgrown garden invites you to sunbathe on the terrace and for children and dogs to play.
The light-flooded living area, with two leather couches and a 55 inch Smart TV (SAT TV with German channels) invites you to relax. The gas central heating can be controlled individually at any time of the year. In addition, the wood fireplace creates a soothing atmosphere in the cooler seasons.
Cooking together is fun in the modern fitted kitchen. It has a gas hob, oven-microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Your holiday home offers you two bedrooms. You will sleep wonderfully in the new 180 x 200 cm bed and the large wardrobe offers storage space for your holiday luggage.the second bedroom has two new single beds 90 x 200 cm and another wardrobe. In total, it offers enough space and retreat possibilities for up to 4 people.
The spacious bathroom with a towel radiator has a shower and in the cold season you can enjoy a warm bubble bath in the bathtub. Of course, there is a hairdryer ready for you in the generous vanity unit. The WC is separate and has a small washbasin.

The idyllic location in Julianadorp aan Zee invites you to take long walks on the beach, go on bike tours and explore the picturesque dune landscape. Let yourself be enchanted by the Dutch hospitality and enjoy unforgettable days in the Dünenoase holiday home. We look forward to your visit!

Your holiday home Dünenoase is located in one of the most beautiful holiday parks in Holland: the Landal Beach Resort " Ooghduyne ". After about 900m through the tulip fields you reach the wide and fine sandy beach. Alternatively, you can park your car in the large, free car park directly at the dune entrance to the beach.

The extremely well-maintained, quiet and spacious holiday park is located in the flower fields behind the dunes and has numerous leisure facilities for the whole family and the four-legged companion (partly for a fee):

Completely satisfied!

We had a very nice time in the house with our dog Lana. The fenced garden additionally provided relaxation. The building really has charm. We especially liked the skylight, which always makes the living room friendly and bright. It's a very nice walk to the beach! We were surprised by the silence. No airplane! No street noise! We would love to come back!

First vacation with a dog

We spent our first vacation with a dog in the dune oasis. Here you can let your soul dangle and enjoy great walks and bike trips in the area. Only the best at a fair price!

This holiday home is perfectly equipped, high-quality furniture and attention to detail make it unique, and you feel at home immediately! The landlord is very nice and gave us many insider tips for our vacation! The location is great, the bike ride to the beach takes 10 minutes and back 5 minutes. We would book the accommodation again at any time!

Beautiful holiday home, perfect with dog

We spent a week in May in this lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home. Everything you need was on site, the location quite peaceful, and the contact with the landlords was nice. Our dog also felt very comfortable in the fenced garden. We would definitely recommend the house.

All-round carefree package

With extensive information and a very friendly host family, our little break could start relaxed from the very beginning. The smallest inquiry was answered very quickly and helpfully.

From the first moment, we felt very comfortable in the great house. Even our dog, who usually reacts restlessly and uncertainly to changes in situation, "arrived" after an hour and was completely relaxed. We've never experienced that before. Everything that is needed was really there, especially plenty of dishes and also sharp knives.
So the dishwasher didn’t have to be used immediately after a meal.

I gladly gave 5 stars for price/performance.
However, the price shouldn’t be higher - in my (! !) opinion.
But that is NOT a criticism of the Reinmann family, who of course also has their costs to bear!

We sincerely thank you for the lovely stay in your beautiful home!

In any case, again!!!!

We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday at the Reinmann family's house again. The house has a great location in Ooughdyne Park. It is completely fenced, so our four-legged friend could move freely in the garden. The house itself is modern and cleanly furnished, and we lacked nothing to feel comfortable. Mr. Reinmann was very easily and quickly reachable for any questions. Thank you very much, we would be happy to come back.

Peace - Relaxation - Sea

The Dunes Oasis is wonderfully furnished and equipped with many extras. We missed nothing. The beds are like new, and we were able to sleep very well in them. You can tell that the Dunes Oasis was recently renovated, and everything was spotless. It was important for us that the garden at the vacation home is completely fenced, so our dog can move around freely and independently in the garden. A shopping center for purchases is not very far away and can be easily reached by bike/car. There are, among other things, two full-service grocery stores, a butcher shop, and a bakery. Of course, there is also a snack bar and an ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream.
The contact with the owners is noteworthy. They are very friendly, and we always received feedback to our questions, usually within 1-2 hours. We are also happy to recommend the Dune Oasis and are already considering planning a repeat for 2025...

Pure relaxation

We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything, the fenced garden is great. The beach is within walking distance and it is also not far to go shopping by car. The bread delivery service is great. Pure peace and relaxation

The dune oasis is very well furnished and equipped with many nice extras. We didn't miss anything and everything was clean upon arrival.
You sleep like on clouds on the new beds.
There is a wonderful peace in the park, which we enjoyed very much as city dwellers.
We were two weeks too early for the tulip bloom, but the fragrant hyacinth fields were already a real eye-catcher.
A shopping center with all the important shops and a very good ice cream parlor is not far away and can also be reached by bike.
The contact with the owners is very friendly and they are always approachable if there is a problem.
We are very happy to recommend the dune oasis.

Everything is great

The detached holiday home "Dünenoase" is located in a very spacious and expansive holiday park. The house is quietly situated on the edge of the park, next to a canal. It is equipped with everything necessary, nothing is lacking, and it is lovingly furnished. That it is very clean goes without saying. The garden is completely fenced in, which was great especially for our two dogs.
We were there over Christmas and New Year's 2023/2024 and enjoyed the harsh weather of the North Sea at this time of year, the rain was limited. Our dogs were able to romp around on the beach at this time of year. In general, the Dutch are extremely tolerant when it comes to dogs.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house!!!
