Description

Haus Claas is located in the immediate vicinity of the old Greetsiel Sieltief, surrounded by original East Frisian small houses. The popular holiday resort of Greetsiel is only about 3.5 km away

In the light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home, which has been furnished with great attention to detail, you will find, among other things, two paintings by the well-known island painter Anselm Prester. A large, attractive country kitchen with adjoining dining area is ideal for cooking and chatting together

On the ground floor you will also find a high-quality shower room with rain shower and a bedroom with two single beds including direct access to the terrace. The highlight of the second bedroom on the ground floor is a custom-made alcove bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), which conveys a special sense of security due to its design and is therefore very popular with children

On the upper floor there is a large bright bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV as well as the spacious main bathroom, which invites you to relax with a Finnish sauna and a rain shower.

After a relaxing sauna session, the adjoining gallery offers two recamiers and cosy blankets. A special architectural highlight on the upper floor are the visible beams, which give a special feeling of space.

Whether you want to make yourself comfortable with a cup of East Frisian tea by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the terrace furnished with comfortable rattan furniture, our houses are suitable for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea at any time of the year.

Special features:

The Claas house was built together with the Jan, Pit and Hein houses in the original "Rindelshafen"

The garden is completely fenced in and thus invites you to a carefree holiday with your dog. There is a washer-dryer in the fitted kitchen, which you can use free of charge. Two parking spaces are available for each house.

A charging station for e-cars is available at our office! (500 m away)

Summer vacation in Eilsum

The Claas house is located in the very quiet Eilsum. It is spaciously designed and individually livable (no one disturbs the other), with well-separated bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and a bit higher. Each floor has a bathroom, and the one on the upper floor even has a sauna, which is truly of special value. Overall, the house is furnished in a Nordic style as shown in the pictures and is equipped with everything necessary. It also lets in a lot of light on bad weather days. Communication with the landlord is quick, easy, and accommodating for further requests. You can even rent bicycles (e-bikes) through the landlord.

We had a very nice vacation at House Claas for the umpteenth time and appreciate the affordable proximity to Greetsiel.

Perfect

We - 4 adults and 2 furry noses - were able to spend a great week here. Everything, with a few minor exceptions, was to our satisfaction. Only the space in the living room is a bit small for the possible number of people. We were there in March and therefore outside the main season and it was very quiet. Due to the narrow development, it will not be so quiet in the main season. Nevertheless, we can only recommend the house. The booking and handing over of the keys was also uncomplicated and went smoothly. We do not exclude to come again. Kind regards Heike

Dreamlike!

We were two people with a dog in this great accommodation. You come in and feel comfortable. The facilities are great. And the sauna was fantastic. Especially because it rained a lot during our stay. Also, the entire contact regarding the rental and handover, etc., was super nice. We will definitely come back.

Erholung pur

You can't find a single fault here. Excellent and friendly service on-site. The quiet location of the house lives up to its promise, the facilities are very well maintained and leave a great impression. Highlights include the beautiful terrace, the nearby sluice, and the sauna.

Long weekend with family for relaxation.

In this house, there are no wishes left unfulfilled for vacationers. It is a very appealing holiday home with upscale furnishings, clean, and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the on-site property management was pleasant and friendly.

Time out taken

We spent a very relaxing week on the East Frisian coast. Hiking on the dyke, exploring the region by car or just using the sauna extensively in bad weather and enjoying a good wine by the stove afterwards.... . We will gladly come back, especially as the house with its very tasteful and high-quality furnishings leaves nothing to be desired!

With dog and cat. Always a pleasure.

The holiday home was very clean and equipped to a high standard. If you like East Frisia, you can spend some nice days here. There is plenty to explore during the day and you can relax in the sauna in the evening. The property is completely fenced and pets are welcome. Especially for a holiday with a dog, you are well advised here!

Holiday with dog

We spent our holidays here with our dogs. It was super uncomplicated. The garden is well fenced, so the dogs can't escape in the garden. The house is super equipped, you can immediately feel at home. If you love nature, you can go for great walks and if the weather is bad, the sauna is great. It would be great if every house had bicycles so that you could quickly get to the next village or explore the great cycle paths.
We felt very comfortable and would book the house again immediately.

Haus Claas

We had rented the house Claas. Upon arrival, we were greeted very friendly by Mrs. Smid. The house was absolutely clean. It actually lacks nothing. The bathroom upstairs is very generous. If you love peace and quiet, this is the right place.

Successful holiday to relax

The house is lovingly furnished, we had enough space for six people and a dog. The sauna is also great. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, we didn't miss anything. The only downside, if you want to call it that, is that you always need a car. Even if you just want to go shopping quickly. However, the bread roll service in the morning saves the trip to the bakery. Otherwise, the house is located so that you can quickly get to anywhere in East Frisia. We really enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

Ferienhaus Claas

We had a perfect holiday! From the first contact with the very customer-friendly agency, to the warm welcome by Mrs. S. and the neighborhood, we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The house is of high quality and tastefully furnished. It left nothing to be desired. Eilsum and its heavenly tranquility and surroundings invite you to go for a walk, sports, and relaxation. Greetsiel is not far away, where the vacationer can find everything they need, including a swimming pool. North is also quickly reached. We have recovered very well, and our dogs were completely relaxed. We would love to come back again.
