Villa Paganini, Italy, Tuscany, Pisa near Montescudaio, 4 bedrooms, private pool about 25 km from Cecina and only about 22 km from the coast, lies this beautiful villa, located on the Tuscan Campagna. The Villa is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is - everything open passage rooms - a living area with flat-bed TV, a nice, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and a nice dining area with dining table and access to the terrace. There is on the ground floor one double bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with adjoining single beds, also with private bathroom with shower and a larger bedroom with private bathroom with tub and a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. The plot is completely fenced and has a - also again fenced pool on 12 m 6 large. Approximately 200 meters from the house, runs a side road, which is very little traffic. The house is tucked away in a beautiful setting, bordered by greenery and fields and offers an excellent starting point to enjoy a Tuscany vacation at a very high level, at an excellent price-performance ratio and to relax and experience the culture, but connect the proximity to the coast together and enjoy. Overall, a highly recommended offer for a great holiday in Tuscany.

Location and surroundings of object
The Tuscan countryside around leaves no wish unfulfilled. Quick to reach the charming villages Casale Marittimo, Castagneto Carducci, or Bolgheri and Volterra. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena are easily possible by the easy access to highway and motorway. The coast is laid on minor rural roads. Casale Marittimo, the nearest town to the villa is a small charming village on a hill with a very nice typical Tuscan core with restaurants and bars.
