Casale Marittimo is a very well preserved medieval village. Wonderful views of the countryside and the sea.

Casale Marittimo a very well preserved medieval village. There are many village festivals during the summer that should not be missed! Magnificent views of the countryside and the sea.
Nearby is also the stud of Olivero Toscani with his stud of Appaloosa horses (you can visit it) as well as he now has a famous wine growing.
The wine route and its famous Bolgheri with its excellent wines (Sassicaia) can be found in only a few kilometers.

Dolce fa niente!
Beautiful house, in the middle of the life of the local people!
Very good location, very nice landlord, everything you need to live in the house and within walking distance in the village!

Everything is fine.
There were 4 road cyclists and they loved the house. Very nice location and beautiful old town. The mediator and the landlord family were very nice.

Equipment very economical
Very good, location great, neighbours noisy! Beautiful place. Close to the sea, but the well-known sights are a long drive away. But the typical Tuscan landscape is everywhere!

If you come to Tuscany you should not only make a beach holiday !! The objects presented by me I have all visited myself, and you can be sure that you feel comfortable. I love the Toscana it is simply gorgeous with its variety, the sights, good climate, and good food with superb wines. I admit it is not quite cheap, but it is definitely worth it. It's like a boomerang ..... you will find out for yourself !!!
