Cosy holiday flat (approx. 55 m²) for 2 to 3 people on the ground floor of the semi-detached house with direct access via the terrace to the property, which extends to the Bodden.
Bedroom with double bed, spacious living room with sofa bed, cosy wood-burning cooker, SAT-TV, flat-screen TV, WLAN, radio/CD, dining area with open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, convection oven), bathroom with shower and WC (completely renovated in 2022), floor-to-ceiling windows onto the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, car parking space in front of the house.

Zudar is located on the 18 km² peninsula of the same name in the south-east of the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. There are many opportunities to explore the surroundings via a new cycle path.
Enjoy the unspoilt and quiet beaches on the Bodden in the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve and the uniqueness and beauty of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. From Maltzien you can reach the idyllic beach section "Palmer Ort" on the Greifswald Bodden and via Grabow to the "Yellow Shore". A large colony of cormorants lives on the bird island of Tollow and the grave of the pirate Klaus Störtebeker is said to be located here, although this has never been proven. Not far from our house is the pilgrimage church of St. Laurentius and a castle rampart from Slavic times. The birthplace of Ernst Moritz Arndt is in Groß Schoritz.
Zudar can be reached very quickly from the mainland (Stahlbrode) via the Glewitz car ferry (only operates in summer).
