Description
The flat is on the 1st floor and offers 65 sqm; all rooms are reached from the hallway. The kitchen is spacious with a dining area in front of the windows; sink, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with oven, coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans are provided; tiled floor. In the recently renovated bathroom there is a shallow shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, mirror.
You will find a large bedroom with two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a sitting-reading corner, two bedside cabinets, a large two-piece window with tilt position and a wall mirror.
In the small bedroom, two beds (200x80) are set up as bunk beds, a linen and wardrobe as well as a small desk, chair and mirror are available. The window can be opened to tilt position. A folding mattress is available
The living room is comfortably furnished with leather armchairs, a couch, a game table, a sideboard as well as a table and five chairs, a large-screen TV, a radio-music system, a player, several floor lamps and a ceiling lamp. In a bookshelf you will find various literature as well as maps and information material about the surrounding area; children's books and games are also available.
From the living room you can reach the balcony, which is sunny from midday, with a view of a beautiful garden and through high treetops to the Baltic Sea. You can hear the horn before the ships arrive and depart. For the spacious balcony, there are matching pieces of furniture above the wardrobe in the hallway on a shelf. A large mirror hangs on the wall in the hallway. A modern intercom system with door opening has recently been newly installed.
All rooms can be individually heated via radiators.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Käthe is situated at the end of a dead-end street in a very quiet location. The main beach with its beach chairs, pier, spa pavilion, jetty and the lively promenade is about 300 metres downhill on foot. The railway station, where the "Rasende Roland" train connects the village with Sellin, Binz and Lauterbach, is barely further and can alternatively be reached by lift.
Bakers to get bread rolls and shopping markets, numerous shops and restaurants are within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance, the bus stop within 5 minutes
The Baltic resort of Göhren is the only German Kneipp spa by the sea. The climate is healthy and family-friendly! Tennis courts, mini-golf facilities, children's play and exercise facilities, ice cream parlours can be reached on the north beach in four to five minutes or faster by lift from our flat.
The village of Göhren awaits you in a unique location on the eastern tip of Rügen on the Mönchgut peninsula. Green coastal forest, lovely hills and magnificent views invite you to go hiking and cycling.
Göhren lies between two different kilometre-long sandy beaches: on the north beach (main beach) the sand is white and fine, the seabed is stone-free and slopes gently into the Baltic Sea. The unspoilt south beach - reached in 10 to 15 minutes - deepens the encounter with the sea, wind and beach.

| The above rental prices are calculated for 4 persons. The price per night increases by 10 € for an additional adult person. In the high season we only rent by the week from weekend to weekend. In the other seasons by arrangement. We do not require a deposit and security. The total amount is due one week before the beginning of the rental period by bank transfer. As the landlord has to collect the visitor's tax for the municipality according to the statutes in Göhren, the payment amount for our guests is increased by the visitor's tax; you will receive the visitor's cards in advance from us accordingly. Tourist tax of the municipality: HS Adults per day 2,85 ; Child after 7th birth 1,40 €/ NS Adults 2,10 Child 1,05. Once you have decided to book, we will make a non-binding reservation until you have signed the binding rental contract. Hand and bed linen can be rented per person (per linen package 17,50 €) |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 4 days before the arrival date.
We do not charge cancellation fees; we ask guests who have signed a rental agreement with us to inform us as early as possible if they are unable to arrive.
