On the ground floor there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with gas stove, modern refrigerator including freezer compartment, a dining table as well as a couch, coffee table, washing machine, and guest toilet. Bad weather? Relax in front of the fireplace. This holiday home is a great vacation retreat for the whole family in any weather.
Terrace with plenty of space for your own or a rented motorboat

Through the large sliding door you have direct access to the terrace. And that means in Marinapark Lemmer – right on the water. The jetty belonging to the house is 10m long and offers plenty of space for motorboats. From here you can easily go fishing or explore the surroundings by motorboat from the water side.

On the first floor, three spacious bedrooms as well as a bright bathroom with natural light await you.
Since "vacation for the whole family" begins upon arrival, the house includes two parking spaces.

Lemmer, the gateway to the recreation and water sports area directly on the IJsselmeer, is a cozy former fishing village with a historic old town. The beautiful restaurants with their terraces invite you to enjoy. Surrounded by coasts and forests, by the Frisian lakes and islands.
Explore the magnificent landscape and idyllic places actively by bicycle or with an e-bike. Go through the villages… Hiking from village to village and through beautiful Friesland. Swimming at the beach or in the Ny Sudersé, the indoor swimming pool in the beach club. Very close by are many leisure activities and parks for “in between.”
Letting the wind blow around your ears. Out and about with the sailing yacht or with the motorboat. That brings back memories of days gone by and makes today fun. -go boating on the canals and lakes with the motorboat (no license required)
