Location and surroundings of object
Neßmersiel - as a district of Dornum, belonging to the district of Aurich - is a quiet yet up-and-coming recreation and seaside resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
From here you can take the ferry to the island of Baltrum; mudflat walks to this picturesque island (car-free) are just as much a part of the varied leisure activities as cycling, paddling tours, beach activities, kite sports, cutter trips or excursions to the old fishing ports of the neighbouring villages ( Greetsiel, Norddeich, Dornumersiel, Bensersiel or Neuharlingersiel).
If the weather is not conducive to major leisure activities, the "Sturmfrei" indoor playground with its play area of approx. 3,800 sqm or the heated open-air seawater pool in Dornumersiel or the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich are particularly suitable for daytime activities.
How to get there
By car via the A1 > exit Cloppenburg and continue via the B 72 and Aurich or via the A 31 exit Emden towards Norden. Follow the signs from Norden.
By train to Norden, then continue by bus to Dornum-Neßmersiel.

| The costs for the final cleaning of € 50.00 are not included in the rental price and have to be paid on site. The guest contribution (Nordsee-ServiceCard) is governed by the local statutes. Accordingly, the guest contribution in the high season ( - ): for adults = 2,80 €/day and 1,60 €/day for children / youths (3 to 15 years) - infants are free of charge. low season ( rest of the time ): Adults = 1,40 €/day and 0,80 €/day for children / teenagers (3 to 15 years) - infants are free of charge. The landlady collects - on behalf of the tourism association - the guest fee and issues the corresponding guest cards. On request: bed linen and towels can be rented from the house management on site. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 63 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the tenant must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord or for the loss of profit in the following amounts (tiered): Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental period = 10% of the rental price, Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period = 30% of the rental price, Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the rental period = 60% of the rental price, and thereafter or in case of no-show = 80% of the rental price. Note on "Corona": Should occupancy of the vacation apartment not be possible due to official or statutory Covid-19 restrictions in the district of Aurich, the obligation to pay under the rental agreement will be waived; any amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
