The lovingly renovated Breton fisherman's house is suitable for a maximum of six people. It is located directly by the sea, only 50m from the sand and rocky beach. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished, and you can see the sea from every room.
On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with two large open fireplaces. Adjacent to it is the bright winter garden, where there is a second dining table. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two have double beds and one has two French beds.
In the rustic Breton kitchen you cook on a gas stove with oven, next to it is a third dining table. Of course, there is also a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher.
The spacious bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, shower and toilet. The second toilet is separate. The house does not have central heating, but can be heated with electric heaters. Fires can be lit in the large fireplace. In the house you have a washing machine, satellite TV with German channels, and WiFi via Starlink. In the garden you can grill on a gas barbecue.
On one side of the house, in front of the conservatory, there is a large garden. On the other side there is a sheltered courtyard, surrounded by a natural stone wall. Outside on the wall there is a small bench with a view of the Atlantic. A little gate leads from the garden to a meadow, across which you reach the sea. A section of beach monitored in summer is just a few minutes’ walk away. Plozévet is located in the Bay of Audierne, half an hour from Quimper.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located outside the village in close proximity to the sea. From here you can quickly reach beautiful sandy beaches such as La Torche, viewpoints such as Pointe du Raz, Pointe du Van, coastal hiking trails and of course cities such as the port city of Audierne, Douarnenez and the lively Quimper. The romantic harbor of Pors Poulhan and many historical sites are nearby. Sports: hiking, surfing, horse riding, tennis, golf, cycling, sailing. Plozévet is a small town in the bay of Audierne and offers a beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach. In the village are several bakeries, supermarkets and other shops. Fresh vegetables and fresh fish are available in the market. Especially in summer, the Bretons in the area celebrate many festivals, so-called Fest Noz, where people dance and eat together until late at night, usually outdoors. There is a tourist office in the village and numerous sports facilities. With the many excursion possibilities in the vicinity and the natural beach Plozévet offers the ideal conditions for a family-friendly and relaxing holiday.

A dream!
We will come back often! Fantastic walks on the beach with our dog. Very cosy house and wonderful peace and quiet to enjoy nature. We can highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful house right by the sea
Such a beautiful, individual house decorated with lots of love and in a fantastic location! Incredibly beautiful for long walks on the beach. The conservatory was my favorite place in the house, from where you can even see the sea and enjoy the beautiful expanse. The garden was especially great for the children to play in. Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes.

I definitely want to go back there!
The house is totally cozy and the location is just perfect. It's quiet and sunny in the courtyard - perfect for a barbecue evening. I like the bedroom above the kitchen the best because you can see the sea from the bed. A dream!

shopping facilities: französische supermärkte sind einfach großartig. der markt in plozevet ist einfach toll und gar nicht teuer. die bäckereien sind alle zu empfehlen.
