The holiday home is approx. 3 km away from the village, in a very idyllic area. Most of the rooms and the terrace (35 m²) offer an outstanding view at the sea and to the "Pointe de Penmarc'h". All rooms are spacious. Walking to the beach within 10 minutes.
Ground floor : Entrance. Living-room with seating area, fireplace, dining table, internet, Sat-TV, radio, two folding door to terrace. Kitchen with micro-wave, dish washer. 1 bedroom with a single bed. Separate WC.
1st floor : 3 bedrooms : 2 with a double bed (160, 140), 1 with a single bed. Spare bed on request. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Basement : Garage, Washing-machine, dryer, central heating with heat pump.

This village is neighbouring Audierne and beautifully situated above the bay of Audierne.

Great house in a prime location
spacious house in a completely quiet location, beautiful terrace to linger with a view of the sea. Top equipped with everything you need. Very friendly landlord. We can only recommend the house and would come back again.
