Quartier 4 is a holiday home newly built in 2016 with 4 modern and individually furnished holiday flats with their own entrance, large terrace or balcony in a south-west location on Alte Strandstraße.
The holiday flats in Quartier 4 were completed in spring 2016.
The holiday flat Ilex is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 to 5 people and is therefore ideal for families. We offer you a high-quality, modernly furnished holiday flat. The large south-west facing living & dining area has a large floor-to-ceiling window front with a view of the terrace.
The two separate bedrooms are equipped with a large box-spring bed and TV, the bathroom has a ground-level shower.
A special amenity of the flat for the colder season is a fireplace and an infrared sauna.
Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
Dogs are welcome in the flat.
A free parking space is available at the flat.

Great vacation apartment
This holiday apartment is really very cozy, and you feel right at home. Super modern furnishings with loving details. We slept excellently in the beds. The apartment is not too close to the beach promenade, allowing you to enjoy the peace. Nevertheless, everything is within walking distance. We can highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back. We were welcomed very warmly on the arrival day. Best regards from Lausitz.

A great apartment. Very well equipped. We felt comfortable from the first day. The only downside is the street noise. But would still love to come again. Our dog also felt very comfortable.
