The holiday home incl. free parking has approx. 99 m² with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/WC, two kitchens and two living rooms with sofa bed each on the ground floor and first floor.
This cosy holiday home is located close to the beach (400 m), the town centre (800 m) and all shopping facilities (100 m).
The holiday home was taken over in March 2016, is owner-managed and newly equipped. It is constantly renovated in winter. Last new windows in 2022.
The holiday home is located in the blue zone and offers its own parking space.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the holiday home.
The holiday home is Mediterranean furnished and offers for the small comfort everything you need to make your holiday an experience.
The bathrooms are newly furnished, as are the other rooms.

You book your own small cosy holiday home: a wonderful holiday destination. Perfect for your family of up to 6 people. A parking space belongs to the house as well as possibilities for sunbathing. Close to the centre but in a quiet location. Dogs not allowed.
Other flats on request e.g. 100sqm or 85sqm with 2 bedrooms or 68sqm with one bedroom and all with garden. Dogs are allowed here:

On the 250 sqm property you live in a renovated, completely new and high quality equipped house (approx. 500m from the sea) in two equally large modernised and newly equipped holiday flats incl. barbecue area and free parking.(see site plan).
Interesting discovery tours on water and on land make your holiday here a very special experience.
Borkum is a great starting point for exploring the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. You can set off on beautiful, interesting tours in any direction.
The small holiday resort is located at the centre of the North Sea island with its healing climate. There are several restaurants, guesthouses, a fisherman's snack bar and a small grocery shop. The nearest larger towns are Emden and Leer.

Arrival:
At the latest, you'll get into the holiday mood on the ship. The AG EMS sails with the white fleet from Emden (ferry 2 hours and 15 minutes, catamaran 60 minutes) and from Eemshaven in the Netherlands (50 minutes). For arrival by catamaran or car transport on the ferry, we recommend a reservation.
You can reach the outer harbour of Emden via the A31, the jetty in Eemshaven in the Netherlands (picture) via the N33 or B46.
