This cosy holiday home is located close to the beach (400 m), the town centre (800 m) and all shopping facilities (100 m).
The holiday home was taken over in March 2016, is owner-managed and newly equipped. It is constantly renovated in winter. Last new windows in 2022.
The holiday home is located in the blue zone and offers its own parking space.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the holiday home.

Borkum is a great starting point for exploring the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. You can set off on beautiful, interesting tours in any direction.
The small holiday resort is located at the centre of the North Sea island with its healing climate. There are several restaurants, guesthouses, a fisherman's snack bar and a small grocery shop. The nearest larger towns are Emden and Leer.

Arrival:
At the latest, you'll get into the holiday mood on the ship. The AG EMS sails with the white fleet from Emden (ferry 2 hours and 15 minutes, catamaran 60 minutes) and from Eemshaven in the Netherlands (50 minutes). For arrival by catamaran or car transport on the ferry, we recommend a reservation.
You can reach the outer harbour of Emden via the A31, the jetty in Eemshaven in the Netherlands (picture) via the N33 or B46.
