The holiday home is approx. 75m² in size and suitable for 4 people and it extends over the ground and 1st upper floor in the rear part of the semi-detached house.
The living and dining room with covered terrace , the kitchen, a separate toilet and a vestibule and hallway, as well as the storage room are located on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic and to the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The friendly furnishing of the flat creates the desired island holiday happiness. From the terrace, with enough space for 4 people, the view opens to the north-east into the garden.
In addition to many useful details, the holiday home has a new flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and W-Lan.
In the living and dining room there is a new, spacious seating set for cosy hours, as well as a large dining table. In the bedrooms there is a double bed 2,00x1,80 and two single beds 2,00x90. In the double bed you rest comfortably on a 7-zone cold foam mattress with 7-zone slatted frame. A flat-screen TV is also available there.
In the modern kitchen there is a bright and practical fitted kitchenette with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic hob and oven), microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and other useful details.
The bathroom on the top floor includes a 90x90 shower cubicle, a WC and a washbasin.
The rooms on the ground floor can be darkened with external blinds, in the attic there are internal Velux blinds or external blinds.
The floors of the flat are covered with design vinyl and tiles.
There is a private parking space in front of the house.
In addition, a washing machine and a tumble dryer can be used in the storage room. Cot and high chair are also available.

The bright and cosy non-smoking semi-detached house faces away from the road and is very quiet.
The south beach is within walking distance after approx. 1000m, after another 200m you reach the bathing beach with children's playground. A bakery, grocery shop, bicycle rental and the stop of the island train are also within walking distance.
The historic town centre and the Wadden Sea can be reached by bike in 5 to 10 minutes.

Save yourself the rent for a beach tent or beach chair, because in the period from mid-April to mid-September (depending on the weather) a Borkum beach tent is reserved exclusively for our holiday guests on the south beach.
We bear the costs for this for you, to round off your holiday completely.
This saves you time and money. And what's more, you don't run the risk of being left empty-handed in the high season when all the tents or baskets are rented out.

We come from near Bremen and came to Borkum for the first time in 2006 through friends. After that, we spent almost every holiday on the island. As long-time Borkum fans, we have fulfilled a dream of a family-friendly accommodation with the purchase of this second property, which we would like to share with you. In the meantime, our daughter has also been infected with the Borkum virus and always asks when we are going to Borkum again.
