Holiday home for a relaxed vacation

The cottage is a bit difficult to find, but very quiet due to its location, we were looking for peace. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the paths are ideal. The equipment was completely adequate for us, 3 people with a dog, there is enough crockery available for self-catering. We only missed a thermos flask. There is even a bowl for the dog! The house was tidy and clean, the neighbors were nice, and the weather was also great - 1 night of rain in 14 days, you can't complain about that! All in all, a relaxing vacation.

I had a very nice, uncomplicated communication/key handover with the owners. The house is lovingly prepared, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The garden is fenced, perfect for a holiday with a dog. We would love to come back.

Clean, quiet, and simply beautiful!

Very well-kept, clean, and beautiful house. You have everything you need there. Perfect property for a dog. It is completely fenced all around and quiet. No through traffic! The footpath to the sea is perfect to reach with children and a dog. All in all, it was a very nice holiday in a great house! I am happy to recommend it!

Perfect for a family vacation.

A clean, perfectly equipped cottage near the beach that offered us enough space with 2 children and a dog. The fenced property and the quiet location allowed us to relax. The only drawback, which has nothing to do with the house: sitting on the terrace in the evening is hardly possible due to the mosquitoes.

Top Unterkunft

Arrive and feel comfortable :) House Boje is very clean, equipped with everything you need, and comfortably furnished :) A small supermarket can be found in the holiday park and a larger one in Breskens directly. Many thanks to Mrs. Büsch for the nice and helpful manner :)

Great holiday home in a prime location

We spent New Year's Eve at Haus Boje and we really enjoyed it, the beach is quickly reachable on foot. The town and the surroundings are great. We would love to come back again!

Have a nice weekend

We booked at very short notice and everything was done to make this weekend possible for us. The contact was very friendly and Mrs Büsch was very helpful and always available by phone. The house was very clean and well maintained, comfortably furnished and everything you need is there. We enjoyed the weekend very much and will be happy to come back. Great vacation at a great price.

We were greeted by a great holiday home, centrally located in the park but absolutely quiet as it is a dead-end street.
A large garden with everything you need, as well as a fully equipped house. A washing machine completes the offer.
You can go home with clean suitcases.
The landlady is super friendly, the key handover works perfectly.
Beautiful pictures and decoration everywhere and you immediately feel comfortable.
We will definitely come back and then not look for anything else. Thank you for two amazing weeks. The time we spent together was wonderful.

Great starting point for a beach vacation or bus tours.

We found the vacation at Haus Boje great! The children (6 and 8 years old) had their own room and the gallery was big enough to leave some toys there without always having to clear everything away. Around the corner is the playground and the mini-supermarket is about a 3-4 minute walk away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot. The indoor/outdoor playground was used once after 6 pm, then it's even cheaper and it was enough for our children as a day's end. The next bus stop is about a 10-minute walk (more like 15 minutes with children) and bus line 814, with the day ticket for 16 euros for all of us, runs every half hour in peak season. This way, you can visit Sluis and Cadzand-Bad in one day and decide where you may want to spend more time.
The ferry port can also be easily reached on foot (about 15-20 minutes) to cross to Vlissingen and see the talk in the Arsenal and especially. the cleaner fish and the fish petting pool. The children didn't want to leave!

The only downside: the next big supermarket is quite far on foot (Breskens town center), which needs to be done by car or carefully planned during the day trip so that everyone can carry something on the way back.

We managed to leave the car at the house all week as planned, and didn't miss anything. We didn't have a complete rainy day, otherwise we would have used the small, inexpensive swimming pool at the park entrance.

House Boje, we would love to come back.

It's a small house but very cozy, beautifully furnished, and super clean. The garden is nice and big. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back.

Traumurlaub

Despite the very short notice booking, the owners made great efforts for us to receive the key on time. Compliments! The garden is big enough for games with the children. The playground can be reached in 2 minutes. The house is clean, tidy, cozy, bright, and has everything needed for daily use. Bathroom and toilet are clean! The kitchen lacks a microwave, but we didn’t really need it. The sea is reached in about a 10-minute walk. The city in about 20 minutes. 30-40 minute walk - okay. The neighbors are also very nice and child-friendly. All in all, a very positive holiday. We would love to come back.
