Lovingly furnished 3-room flat "Skipper" for 4 people in the Schifferhaus
This sun-flooded ground-floor flat with a spacious south-west terrace and small garden in a quiet but central location is situated in one of the most beautiful holiday regions of the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea spa of Zingst, and will be available to you from spring 2015.
It is only a 5-minute walk to the Baltic Sea with its kilometres of fine sandy beaches.
The bakery with café, several restaurants as well as the supermarket are only 3 minutes away, the lively centre with many shopping possibilities about 5 minutes.
A public sauna, swimming pool, wellness area and the possibility of outpatient spa treatments are located in the spa centre, just around the corner.
The entire flat with 70 m² living space is equipped with underfloor heating, insect screens and sun blinds. In the cosy, inviting living and dining area of over 32 m² there is a complete kitchen, which is technically well equipped.
A wood-burning stove provides pleasant hours of relaxation.
The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring double bed in comfort height with electric head and footrest adjustment, the second bedroom has two single beds with 7-zone comfort mattresses in comfort height. The bathroom with large floor-level shower, WC, bidet, towel radiator, hairdryer, make-up mirror and washing machine also offers sufficient space. In addition to two SAT-TV LED flat screen TVs 48" and 32", a radio-CD-stereo system, a DVD player, W-LAN, a game collection for adults, various children's games and DVDs are at your disposal.
For the little ones there is a travel cot and a high chair.
Two parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the house. You can easily and safely lock up your bicycles in the bicycle and equipment shed on the property
Our second cosy 2-room flat "Lotse" (No. 90990) with 58 m² of living space and equivalent furnishings is another ground-floor flat with a beautiful west-facing terrace and small garden in the Schifferhaus, right next door. Here you will find 2-3 sleeping accommodations. This flat will also be available from spring 2015. Our holiday home is exactly the right address to switch off, recharge your batteries and relax from everyday life.
Particularly popular and recommended is also the crane season (September/October), when you can watch thousands of cranes on the Bodden islands. And have you ever experienced the Baltic Sea in winter? After a walk on the beach in the cold, clear air, you can make yourself comfortable by the stove with a cup of tea

The car can stay in the existing car park, because the bakery, supermarket, children's playground, bicycle rental, various shops for strolling and cafes & restaurants are within walking distance
The spa centre with sauna and seawater swimming pool is in the neighbourhood. You have your own parking space directly in front of the house, but the journey by train and bus (the spa bus from Berlin) is also a good alternative, the central bus station is 10 minutes' walk away at the Max-Hünten-Haus. Cancellation terms:
a) Cancel free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, except for the deposit, b) Cancel between 60 and 30 days before the start of the rental period, then 50% of the main rental price is due, c) Cancel less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, then 100% of the main rental price is due. d) Rescheduling to a different period is possible on an individual basis. The deposit remains with the landlord as a deductible. By taking out travel cancellation insurance, the main rental price is reimbursed.

Superpowers
We had already stayed in a few vacation rentals. This one was truly special. Great, top! Great amenities, really everything you need was there. Very tastefully decorated, very very good comfort! All in all HIGHLY recommended!
