For 2 to 6 persons, in the holiday residence Ambiente Waitschull, Schulstraße 23-27 in Zingst. 800 metres to the beach, 300 metres to the centre of Zingst, 600 metres to the Bodden (body of water between mainland and peninsula).

In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the promenade of Zingst, which stretches from the pier to the Bodden harbour. On the promenade there are numerous boutiques, souvenir shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, retail and service shops, which invite you to stroll and linger. Zingst has 4 supermarkets, which of course are open 7 days a week in season, guaranteeing stress-free shopping after your arrival. There are many spa and wellness facilities in Zingst. A good place to start is the Zingst spa centre. The bathing facilities at Düne 6 and Resort Vier , Wandern are also highly recommended:
Cycle along the splendid newly developed cycling network from Zingst via Prerow, Wieck, Born, Ahrenshoop, Wustrow to Ribnitz-Damgarten and back again by boat or bus. Walk along the kilometre-long fine-sand beach along the coast to the core zones of the landscape conservation area or browse the wonderful unspoilt deciduous forests on site

In the event of withdrawal less than 45 days before arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay compensation. The amount of compensation is equal to the full rental price. The amount of compensation is reduced to the extent that the holiday property can be re-rented. If the holiday property can be fully re-rented, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged.

Top house!
Great big well-kept house. And all around. Very quiet surroundings.
Wonderful with two bathrooms, very advantageous for multiple family members, we were five.
The highlight for our daughters was the underfloor heating in the bathrooms!!!
recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday
