Description

Our holiday home is located in the south of Zingst, in a quiet second row on a 630 m² plot. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Our large, fenced garden extends to the south and west. On the ground floor there is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a generous dining area (with highchairs for children), a large living room with a cosy sitting area, TV and wood-burning stove and a small bathroom with shower/WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms for 2 persons each and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the attic there is another large bedroom for 2 persons and a baby cot. In the house Erlenblick 1, which is classified with four stars by the DTV, bed linen and towels are already included in the rent. The terraces are located on the sides of the houses, facing away from each other. There is also seating behind the house facing south. There is a shed for bicycles, barbecue etc. on the property. Two parking spaces for cars are located directly at the house.

It takes only 15 minutes to walk from our house through the village of Zingst to the Baltic Sea and the pier. By bike, you can reach the outer beach sections of Zingst via the cycle path on the dyke in ten minutes. Numerous shops, cafés and restaurants provide entertainment in Zingst. There is a wide range of activities to get to know Zingst's nature better (crane watching, guided walks, slide shows, boat trips, etc.). The local history museum, the Pommernstube and the Experimentarium are always worth a visit and are within easy walking distance.

Our holiday home is quietly situated in the south of Zingst in the second row and has a large garden.
Here you are not "squatting on your neighbour's heels"! The terraces of the two semi-detached houses are located on the outer sides of the houses and therefore face away from each other!

Family vacation during the autumn holidays

The holiday home can be recommended without any restrictions. High-quality and useful furnishings, dishes and cutlery in more than sufficient quantities. Outdoor furniture and 3 bicycles on site. Local support is excellent.
