Our house is centrally located in a side street, close to the sea and the old harbour of Sassnitz. Surrounded by the chalk cliffs in the background. In the neighbourhood is the Hotel Rügen with a panorama coffee and the Kurhotel. The large property (1000 sqm), before a rarity in urban development, offers our guests parking and garden with seating areas and sun loungers. Recently completely and lavishly renovated, our flats welcome you with individual and loving furnishings. The coordinated colour scheme and stylish furniture radiate harmony and holiday joy. A small "single kitchen" with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are part of the kitchen equipment. On your balcony you can have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The neighbouring hotel invites you to use the sauna and the indoor swimming pool

Location and surroundings of object
In the east of the island of Rügen, directly by the sea, lies the beautiful holiday resort of Sassnitz - the first Baltic Sea resort on Rügen. The steep coast, the nearby beaches, the longest outer pier in Europe (1440 m) and the many restaurants at the harbour, as well as the Jasmund National Park with its beautiful forests and many hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax. The traditional fishing port is the largest on Rügen and gives Sassnitz a unique Baltic Sea flair. The submarine and fishing harbour museum is just a few minutes' walk away. The old town of Sassnitz will enchant you with its spa architecture and proximity to the sea. The 118 m high Königsstuhl is 3 km away. The ferries from Mukran (4 km) allow you to take a trip to Sweden, Lithuania and Poland. The Granitz hunting lodge (14 km) offers a magnificent view and many hiking routes through the Granitz. You can enjoy the sophisticated life in Binz (8 km) on the promenade. Störtebeker Festival takes you back to the time of the pirates

We will be happy to come back!
This small flat, comfortably furnished, in a top location and well equipped for 2 people, was our home for 1 week. We were out and about a lot during the day and could start the day in the sun on the balcony. For the small purse with the equipment (standard apartment) it is an absolute recommendation. The cordial landlady included. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

No uncomplicated refund
It must be clear that we were not there because of the virus. However, it is not in the interest of the operator to resolve this matter without legal steps. Too bad...

Winter holiday in Sassnitz
Get out of the daily grind and into relaxation.
We live in a big city and always retreat to dreamy holiday regions for our holidays. We can absolutely recommend Sassnitz in winter. With its charm of the coast on the Baltic Sea, the national park, the harbour, the small old town and then no overcrowded promenade! Perfect! Our cosy accommodation also inspired us to dream. As mentioned in the previous reviews, the colours of the tiles, fabrics and decoration were excellently coordinated. Wonderful bathroom mirror in a small but beautiful bathroom with a large daylight window! Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balcony and the large property in winter. The dining table in the living and sleeping area invites you to linger and in the small separate kitchen you can prepare less elaborate meals. Of course, it is not as well equipped as our own, but that did not bother us! On request, there was also a second blanket for me to sleep on, as I like it a bit warmer. Best regards and thank you for a lovely stay!

Urlaub in Sassnitz
We spent beautiful days as a couple in the apartment with balcony and the large communal garden. Well renovated, nicely furnished, and cozy. My wife loved the colors and the small decorative details. The location is great, everything you need is just around the corner. You can leave your car without worry. The way to the harbor is short and directly over the curved suspension bridge. Very friendly landlady and smooth booking process. Thank you very much!

Repeat vacation
Not for the first time, we were guests in this beautiful house with several holiday apartments. This time we chose the smallest apartment. Lovingly furnished with a small kitchen and balcony. Everything was great again, and we will gladly come back in 2020!
