The flat house with the flat MEERBLICK is centrally located in a side street, close to the sea and the old harbour of Sassnitz. You can reach the sea/harbour in 3 minutes on foot.
In the background the house is surrounded by the chalk cliffs. The large property (1000 sqm), before a rarity in the city development, offers our guests parking and garden with seating groups and sun loungers. Recently completely and lavishly renovated, our flats welcome you with individual and loving furnishings. The coordinated colour scheme and stylish furniture radiate harmony and holiday joy. High-quality fitted kitchens with complete equipment offer you a lot of comfort during your holiday. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. This allows you to dream of the far distance from your flat and watch the ships.
In good weather, you can look out over the Prora Bay all the way to Binz. The neighbouring hotel invites you to use its sauna and indoor swimming pool

Location and surroundings of object
In the east of the island of Rügen, directly by the sea, lies the beautiful holiday resort of Sassnitz - the first Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen. The steep coast, the nearby beaches, the longest outer pier in Europe (1440 m) and the many restaurants at the harbour, as well as the Jasmund National Park with its beautiful forests and many hiking and cycling trails invite you to relax. The traditional fishing port is the largest on Rügen and gives Sassnitz a unique Baltic Sea flair. The submarine and fishing harbour museum is just a few minutes' walk away. The old town of Sassnitz will enchant you with its spa architecture and proximity to the sea. The 118 m high Königsstuhl is 3 km away. The ferries from Mukran (4 km) allow you to take a trip to Sweden, Lithuania and Poland. The Granitz hunting lodge (14 km) offers a magnificent view and many hiking routes through the Granitz. Enjoy the sophisticated life in Binz (8 km) along the promenade. Störtebeker Festival on Rügen in Ralswick will take you back to the time of the pirates and let you dream about the historical times and immerse yourself in the Baltic Sea sagas.

In the high season (summer holidays) arrival/departure is on a Saturday or Sunday.

Eine SUPER-SCHÖNE Ferienwohnung
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautiful, lovingly decorated, and very clean. We lacked nothing. On a scale of 1-10, the comfort level is a solid 10!!! Notably, the top-notch location and proximity to the harbor. Everything in Sassnitz is easily accessible. Just WONDERFUL!!! The restaurants we visited are all recommended. Everywhere there are delicious dishes at reasonable prices. There are plenty of excursions (reachable on foot or by car). Very, very nice!
Everything was there and so wonderfully coordinated!
Close to the sea, but also not far to shop.
You can do and experience a lot.
The Baltic Sea is always beautiful!
The lovely holiday apartment is definitely recommended.

Great holiday on Rügen with warm hosts
Once again, our vacation was fantastically beautiful! The holiday apartment has a great, high-quality equipment and is located in a beautiful, quiet yet central location with a large garden. The weather gave us beach lovers sunshine every day. Thank you dear Tessnow family for the wonderful vacation we were able to experience with you on the island of Rügen :-) We will gladly come back next year ... promised :-)!
