Our holiday home at the Wohlenberger Wiek is situated on a plot of approx. 300m² between Boltenhagen and Wismar. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The property is surrounded by a hedge and fence. A free car parking space is located directly at the house
The living space of the holiday flat is approx. 30m². The flat has a bedroom, shower, WC and living room with sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette. A cot can be provided if required.
The bungalow is only about 100 metres from the Baltic Sea and offers a view of the Baltic Sea from the terrace.
Excursions are possible to the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, to the island of Poel, to the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar, to the state capital of Schwerin, to the Hansapark Sierksdorf, and to the Baltic Sea

Location and surroundings of object
The settlement is quietly situated far away from road traffic. The Wohlenberger Wiek consists of a shallow water zone up to 200m wide with water depths up to approx. 1 metre. As a result, the water of the Baltic Sea warms up relatively quickly there in spring and summer and offers good bathing conditions, especially for families with children.

Dear Mr helmke it was again really great with you especially the house has yes the view at breakfast and the peace and quiet the fenced property for our husky just pure freedom and at night sleeping outside he found mega great it was as always everything available even firewood lie 2 minutes to the beach what more do you want always happy to come again we 3 to you with fdl greeting family Weselmann from Bochum

Cleaning instead of vacation
Disappointed by the cleanliness and the outdatedness of the house, although from the outside it looks like a beautiful house. I don't expect internet or comforts on vacation, but cleanliness. Unfortunately, that was not the case, it's a pity everything is outdated, a renovation of the interior of the house would probably be appropriate. But overall...
