The Villa Nika is a new modern villa located in the fisher village of Medulin. Villa Nika accomodates up to 8+2 guests.
The Villa offers a luxurious accommodation experience . It is ideal for families and groups of people. The villa has got 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned. From the living room you can exit to the pool and prepare fish or meat on the grill or just relax next the pool. Two rooms have got a terrace with an amazing sea view.

Once was a fishing villag but today is a modern tourist resort which offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. There is a bank in town, markets, post office, doctors' offices, pharmacy, marketplace, car wash, stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops, hairdressers, galleries, restaurants, bars, family park,... A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live has an unique sandy beach called Bijeca one kilometer long that attracts families with young children. Nature lovers prefer campsites where they can relax in the shade of century old pine trees. Medulin is also the perfect place for naturists who want to feel nature. In Medulin you will find also plenty of entertainment and fun until the early morning hours for younger and older generation.

In the event of border closures up to 29 days before your vacation begins, the agency is obligated to issue a voucher for the amount paid by the traveler. - The traveler must use this voucher within 18 months from the date of issue of the voucher for the originally booked accommodation. - If the originally booked accommodation is not available at the desired time, there is an option to switch to an alternative accommodation. - New accommodations must be in the same price range as originally booked. * Only valid for new bookings from (01.01.2021) without a voucher or discount code The FREE COVID-19 cancellation conditions apply to all bookings until September 30, 2022, for stays from April 1, 2021, to October 31, 2022.
