Surrounded by green vegetation, the new luxury villa Sandra in Medulin is the ideal choice for you.
The farm extends over 1300sqm with a spacious 180sqm villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.
The villa is on a very quiet place and is very well connected to the center. To the main beach next to restaurants, bars, promenade you can reach 6-7 minutes with an easy walk. The beach is 900m from the villa. The villa has 4 beautifully furnished rooms with 4 private bathrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and exit to pool. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and a exit to the garden in pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and umbrella as well as mi BBQ.
The villa also offers private parking.

Once was a fishing villag but today is a modern tourist resort which offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. There is a bank in town, markets, post office, doctors' offices, pharmacy, marketplace, car wash, stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops, hairdressers, galleries, restaurants, bars, family park,... A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live has an unique sandy beach called Bijeca one kilometer long that attracts families with young children. Nature lovers prefer campsites where they can relax in the shade of century old pine trees. Medulin is also the perfect place for naturists who want to feel nature. In Medulin you will find also plenty of entertainment and fun until the early morning hours for younger and older generation.

Beautiful villa at first glance, but offers little comfort and is video monitored.
The villa is tastefully furnished in a very modern style. However, it is equipped quite cheaply, which affects the quality. The showers are very small, and the massage jets are already calcified or not really usable due to the lack of pressure. When all three showers are used simultaneously, the water pressure is hardly satisfactory. You have to coordinate shower times. The description stated that a microwave is available, but that was not the case. Only upon request did we receive a microwave. The coffee machine took an hour to brew a cup. On request, we received a new one.
The kitchen is very small and has little equipment. We bought our own vegetable peeler. We only received bowls after asking. There is hardly any space to prepare large dishes.
There is a large garden with a trampoline, swings, and a grill. However, we did not use it because everything was covered with pine needles. One would have had to clean everything first (in my view, this is the host's responsibility). The lawn (if it could be called a lawn) was not mowed. It is simply not inviting and not child-friendly.
The internet worked very poorly. Not at all in the evening.
The lady who handed us the villa was very friendly and tried to make everything right for us. However, she is not the owner of the house.
The outdoor area is under video surveillance. We felt observed. We noticed it when we washed the car from the dust with the hose that was lying outside, because the streets are so dusty. The next day, there was no hose anymore.
The loungers by the pool are very thin; when a slightly heavier person sat down, the legs spread apart. I would have liked to know if you would get the deposit back if such a lounger broke under the weight. The pool looks larger in the photo.
Still, it was a nice vacation.
