Our house is situated in a sunny and central location in the National Park community of Uttendorf/Weißsee and offers itself as a starting point for numerous fascinating excursions.
Whether families with children, couples, groups or seniors - with us you will find a varied recreation for every season!
Our holiday apartment in the attic (approx. 80m²), newly built in 2016 and lovingly furnished, offers space for 4-8 people. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed and TV
1 bedroom with double bed, single bed, washbasin with hot/cold water, hairdryer, TV

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, four ceramic hobs, oven, coffee machine with thermos flask, kettle, toaster, blender, egg boiler and various kitchen utensils.
The cozy dining and living area with cable TV and living room couch is the heart of this apartment, where you can switch off or spend sociable and nice evenings.
A small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate shower and toilet, completes the premises of our holiday apartment.
You are also welcome to spend your time in our large garden. Barbecue facilities are available. To end the day in a sociable round, you can also use our garden house.
Parking spaces are available for you in front of our house.
WIFI/WLAN is free of charge for our guests.
Bread roll service is possible on request! Also on Sunday!
Washing machine and tumble dryer use is possible for a small surcharge.
Our house is a non-smoking house. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette outside or on the balcony.

In the immediate vicinity are hiking and biking trails, children's playground, lighted cross-country ski trail around the bathing lake, ice skating rink and ski bus stop.
Inn, pizzeria, snack bar, bakery, bank, supermarket and sports shop are within walking distance. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the inn 100 meters away.
The Uttendorf adventure swimming lake is only 5 minutes away. A great offer awaits you there: Water slide, diving tower, children's area, iceberg, trampoline, volleyball court, tennis court, football pitch, playground, boulder park, skater park, asphalt shooting range, pizzeria.
In winter, many surrounding ski areas can be reached in max. 30 minutes. Ideal for the Salzburg-Ski-Card.

Highly recommended!
The holiday apartment is equipped with everything one needs. We felt very comfortable right away. Evelyne and her mother are very nice and helpful. We were allowed to borrow sleds, as we couldn't fit them all in our car. The apartment is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, as you have opportunities for skiing and sledding within a short time. The landscape is beautiful!
