Description
Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (Stuhlfelden municipality) at 860 meters altitude. The detached chalet is located on the mountain and has a beautiful view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is in a very quiet location, almost at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.
With a total living area of 270m2, spread over 3 floors, you can relax with several families, children or friends and be together in a beautiful environment
The chalet is very spacious and comfortably furnished, for up to 12 people
Layout
Ground floor
The ground floor is spacious with a large hall, modern kitchen with appliances, dining room with Austrian dining area, spacious living room with large smart TV, and a spacious 2-person room with private bathroom. From the living room you have access to the spacious south facing garden with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. There is also a terrace on the side where you can enjoy the evening sun and the beautiful views of Stuhlfelden and Mittersill.
First Floor
Through a wide staircase and hallway you enter the first floor with 2 spacious double rooms with en-suite bathroom including toilet, a spacious 4-person room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, with en-suite bathroom including toilet. There is also a double room with bunk beds and a washbasin. Around the first floor is a large balcony on south and west with seating. 3 bedrooms open onto the balcony
Basement
In the basement you will find a wellness area with your own spacious sauna at your disposal. There are also 2 sun beds, a large shower room with 2 showers, a sitting area, a table football game and a Bluetooth sound system. You will also find an authentic wine cellar where you can enjoy each others company.
Furthermore, there is a separate laundry room where you can use the washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
There is a garage with ski storage and ski boot warmers in the basement. Furthermore, there is free WiFi in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated between the ski resorts of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, in 13-20 minutes. You can here in the winter fantastic skiing, hiking, cross country skiing, etc. In summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.

- 70% no later than 8 weeks before rental period
When booking within 8 weeks before rental date, you must immediately pay the entire rent, including deposit.

Fantastic holiday home with a beautiful view over the valley.
This holiday home is fully equipped. For winter sports, the ski boot dryers and glove drying cabinet are a valuable addition. The location is good for skiing areas. On one side towards Kitski and Wildkogel and on the other side towards Zell am See-Kaprun. Bedrooms are spacious, with sufficient bathrooms and toilets. Downstairs there is a sauna, pool table, and wine cellar where the young people have their own place. Living room with a beautiful view of the valley. The kitchen is a bit narrow but very complete and fully equipped.

absolutely recommendable
The house is perfectly equipped. There is plenty of space in every respect. Everything in the house is well explained, very nicely and functionally furnished. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Toys are available in all variations (some games for the Playstation as well). Good and nice contact with the landlord and the cleaning staff before and during the stay.

Super clean, large and complete family house
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Additionally, it was very well-equipped with furniture and appliances. The photos accurately represent the reality. The communication with the landlord also went smoothly.

Just perfect!
Beautifull and fully supplied house! Great localization between Kitzbuchel and Kaprun. Beautifull wiew and perfectly clean. Just everything what you need for 12 person. ❤️

Beautiful well-furnished house.
Beautiful house with all large spaces, well organized.
Kitchen equipped with all conveniences, even an air fryer and bean coffee machine.
Plenty of pots and pans, even storage containers.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery so you don't run out of anything.
Comfortable mattresses and good pillows.
Beautiful views on all sides.

What a beautiful place with fantastic views
Hello Moshir and Ingeborg,
What a beautiful house you have. Everything is super clean and very spacious. What we (9 people) liked very much is the location between all the ski areas. You can reach everywhere in about a 20-minute car ride. The most beautiful ski area we found (unanimously) was Bramberg am Wildkogel. But the rest was also great. The kids really enjoyed the pool table. Personally, I found the large couch very comfortable after a long day of skiing.

Very nice house
We were on vacation here with a total of three families! 6 adults with 6 children! Five children occupied bunk beds in the quadruple room, so one room was even free! Except for shot glasses (thanks to egg cups), we didn't miss anything here at all! We will gladly come back!

Mooi groot huis tussen de bergen
Mooi groot huis tussen de bergen. Huis ligt tussen allerlei skigebieden in zodat je elke dag als je wilt ergens anders heen kan. Het huis is mooi ingericht. Voor ieder wat wils. Beneden staat en pool tafel sauna is aanwezig en de mannen kunnen Playstationen.
Badkamers zijn ruim van zich zelf en de bedden sliepen heerlijk.
Heel fijn huis om je vakantie in Oostenrijk door te brengen

Great chalet for 12 people!
Stayed in the chalet with a group of 12 people, with the chalet being fully equipped. Namely, you can use the airfreyer and smart TV, among other things. There is also plenty of space where you can sit, both in the living room and in the basement. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom, so there are enough showers for 12 people.
Within 20 minutes you are at a large number of ski resorts. This makes the location ideal. It is also convenient that you can hang up your ski boots and skis.
All in all, a chalet to recommend for large groups! Top.

Tolles Chalet
Sehr schönes großes Haus mit super Ausstattung. Alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Herrlicher Ausblick und ruhig gelegen. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in mehreren Skigebieten. Der Billardtisch, die Playstation und Sauna sorgen für viel Abwechslung.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar, egal ob vor oder während des Aufenthaltes.
