Location and surroundings of object

Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached chalet is situated on the southern mountain slope, with a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is located in a very quiet area, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by grassland, with only one house next to the chalet. The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, reachable in 13-20 minutes. In the winter, you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In the summer, you can go cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golfing (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery, and much more.

Enjoy your stay at a unique location.

Unless Moshir or Ingeborg could influence the weather - that this period could have been just a bit better - we really enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful chalet Stuhlfelden. Everything was top-notch. The house, with well-insulated rooms, is truly equipped with everything, even for the children. The pool table, the game console, and the sauna provided a welcome change after beautiful hikes, bike rides, etc. We experienced a lovely vacation in a very beautiful region.

Perfect

Great house, especially if you are with a large group. Everything has been thought of. It is suitable for both summer and winter. I can't add much more to that. Good contact with the owners, which we also find important. Friendly people.

Perfect stay

Our group of 12 people stayed in the Chalet for a week, and had a great vacation. The house is fully equiped, with everything you might need. The house is cozy and comfortable. All of us had plenty of fun playing pool, kids in particular. The location is great, near the ski lifts and panorama bahn and the village of Mittersil. Our hosts were very helpfull and comunication with them went perfectly. All in all, we would like to return to this beautiful house and we recomend it by heart.

Fantastic holiday home with a beautiful view over the valley.

This holiday home is fully equipped. For winter sports, the ski boot dryers and glove drying cabinet are a valuable addition. The location is good for skiing areas. On one side towards Kitski and Wildkogel and on the other side towards Zell am See-Kaprun. Bedrooms are spacious, with sufficient bathrooms and toilets. Downstairs there is a sauna, pool table, and wine cellar where the young people have their own place. Living room with a beautiful view of the valley. The kitchen is a bit narrow but very complete and fully equipped.

absolutely recommendable

The house is perfectly equipped. There is plenty of space in every respect. Everything in the house is well explained, very nicely and functionally furnished. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Toys are available in all variations (some games for the Playstation as well). Good and nice contact with the landlord and the cleaning staff before and during the stay.

Super clean, large and complete family house

Beautiful well-furnished house.

Beautiful house with all large spaces, well organized.
Kitchen equipped with all conveniences, even an air fryer and bean coffee machine.
Plenty of pots and pans, even storage containers.
Plenty of crockery and cutlery so you don't run out of anything.
Comfortable mattresses and good pillows.
Beautiful views on all sides.
In short, highly recommended.

What a beautiful place with fantastic views

Hello Moshir and Ingeborg,

What a beautiful house you have. Everything is super clean and very spacious. What we (9 people) liked very much is the location between all the ski areas. You can reach everywhere in about a 20-minute car ride. The most beautiful ski area we found (unanimously) was Bramberg am Wildkogel. But the rest was also great. The kids really enjoyed the pool table. Personally, I found the large couch very comfortable after a long day of skiing.

Very nice house

We were on vacation here with a total of three families! 6 adults with 6 children! Five children occupied bunk beds in the quadruple room, so one room was even free! Except for shot glasses (thanks to egg cups), we didn't miss anything here at all! We will gladly come back!

Beautiful big house between the mountains

Beautiful large house between the mountains. The house is situated among various ski areas, so you can go somewhere different every day if you want. The house is beautifully decorated. There's something for everyone. Downstairs there is a pool table, a sauna is available, and the men can play PlayStation.
The bathrooms are spacious, and the beds slept wonderfully.
A great house to spend your holiday in Austria.

Great chalet for 12 people!

Stayed in the chalet with a group of 12 people, with the chalet being fully equipped. Namely, you can use the airfreyer and smart TV, among other things. There is also plenty of space where you can sit, both in the living room and in the basement. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom, so there are enough showers for 12 people.

Within 20 minutes you are at a large number of ski resorts. This makes the location ideal. It is also convenient that you can hang up your ski boots and skis.

All in all, a chalet to recommend for large groups! Top.

Awesome chalet

Very beautiful large house with great amenities. Everything is available and works. Wonderful view and quietly located. One can quickly reach several ski areas by car. The billiard table, the PlayStation, and sauna provide a lot of variety. The landlords are very friendly and always reachable, whether before or during the stay.

We are Moshir and Ingeborg and live in The Hague. We are big fans of the mountains, both in winter and summer. Therefore we bought in the summer of 2020 this house in Stuhlfelden. The many nature and privacy around the house and the magnificent views of the snowy Hohe Tauern and Salzach Valley, we come here to relax. We hope you will enjoy this house as much as we do.
