Location and surroundings of object
Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached chalet is situated on the southern mountain slope, with a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is located in a very quiet area, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by grassland, with only one house next to the chalet. The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, reachable in 13-20 minutes. In the winter, you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In the summer, you can go cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golfing (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery, and much more.

Nice holiday home with a very beautiful view
What a nice house in a beautiful area and in a quiet location! The house is equipped with all conveniences; everything has been thought of. There are many games and toys available. We made a lot of use of the pool table in the basement. It is a spacious house with sufficient parking. The contact with the owners was also very pleasant and friendly. We felt welcome and at ease right away. The house is very centrally located for various activities in the area.

Generous in gaze
Delightful homely and cozy holiday home for our family vacation. Truly everything and even much more is present to ensure everyone from the very youngest to the elderly has a very nice holiday in a very beautiful region. We felt at home from the very first moment, the house is not an empty box where you stay. Chalet Stuhlfelden is a house with a soul, equipped with all conveniences. It continued to generously pamper us every day. An absolute recommendation.

Enjoy your stay at a unique location.
Unless Moshir or Ingeborg could influence the weather - that this period could have been just a bit better - we really enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful chalet Stuhlfelden. Everything was top-notch. The house, with well-insulated rooms, is truly equipped with everything, even for the children. The pool table, the game console, and the sauna provided a welcome change after beautiful hikes, bike rides, etc. We experienced a lovely vacation in a very beautiful region.

Perfect
Great house, especially if you are with a large group. Everything has been thought of. It is suitable for both summer and winter. I can't add much more to that. Good contact with the owners, which we also find important. Friendly people.

Perfect stay
Our group of 12 people stayed in the Chalet for a week, and had a great vacation. The house is fully equiped, with everything you might need. The house is cozy and comfortable. All of us had plenty of fun playing pool, kids in particular. The location is great, near the ski lifts and panorama bahn and the village of Mittersil. Our hosts were very helpfull and comunication with them went perfectly. All in all, we would like to return to this beautiful house and we recomend it by heart.

Echt een aanrader!
We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment direct thuis, het huis is geen lege doos waar je verblijft. Chalet Stuhlfelden is een huis met een ziel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bleef ons elke dag genereus verwennen. Een absolute aanrader.
Woonkamer met mooi uitzicht op het dal. Keuken is wat smal maar wel heel compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Keuken voorzien van alle gemakken, zelfs een aifryer en bonenkoffiemachine.
Pannen en potten in overvloed, zelfs vershoudbakjes.
Servies en bestek meer als genoeg zodat je niets tekort komt.
Heerlijke matrassen en goede kussens.
Prachtig uitzicht aan alle kanten.
Kortom een aanrader.
Wat hebben jullie een prachtig huis . Alles is er superschoon en heel erg ruim. Wat wij ( 9 mensen ) erg prettig vonden is de plek tussen alle skigebieden in. Je bent overal in een autorit van ongeveer 20 minuten. Het mooiste skigebied vonden we ( unaniem) Bramberg am wildkogel. Maar de rest was ook prima. De kids vonden het poolbiljart erg leuk. Ik vond zelf de grote bank na een lange dag skien erg prettig .

Badkamers zijn ruim van zich zelf en de bedden sliepen heerlijk.
Heel fijn huis om je vakantie in Oostenrijk door te brengen
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar, egal ob vor oder während des Aufenthaltes.
Binnen 20 minuten ben je bij een groot aantal skigebieden. Hierdoor is de locatie ideaal. Ook is het handig dat je de skischoenen en ski's kunt ophangen.
Al met al een chalet om aan te raden voor grote groepen! Top.
