Description

This modern thatched house offers space for up to 8 people on two floors. Centrally located on the island of Usedom in the Kölpinsee district of Stubbenfelde.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, a cosy living room with an open-plan dining area and a shower room with a sauna, from which you have direct access to the large sun terrace. In the comfortable living room with sofa bed, you can end the evenings in front of the fireplace, which is especially pleasant in the colder months. In addition, the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the house

Upstairs you will find two separate bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, and one bedroom with two separate beds. This room can be ideally used as a children's room, as the beds can be pulled out to provide space for 4 people. The large bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax.

A highlight of the house is the large, well-kept garden, which you can use. Whether you want to barbecue or relax under the parasol, this is a great place to spend the day. Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard, one under the carport and another on the fenced plot. There is also a lockable bicycle storage room in the carport. The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes' walk away, and cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings of object

The fine sandy beach can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The Kölpinsee and the coastal forest are also in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to relax and go for walks. Hiking and cycling paths as well as restaurants, cafes and a bicycle rental are also in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are available in Kölpinsee or Ückeritz. From the location of the house, on the eastern shore of Kölpinsee, you can quickly reach the Kaiserbäder in the east and Zinnowitz in the west, which are about 10 kilometres away, by bike, car or train. The Usedom Bäderbahn stop is a 10-minute walk away and it is easy to get there by train. The Achterwasser with its special flora and fauna is only 3 kilometres away, so you are not only quickly at the white Baltic Sea beach, but you can also take advantage of the water sports opportunities (paddling, motor boat, sailing and surfing).
