This semi-detached holiday home offers enough space for up to eight people and an additional small child on a living area of approx. 120 m². The holiday home was completed in November 2015 and is located in the Ostseeferienpark Rerik, which consists of new holiday home buildings. The house has been certified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.
You open the entrance door with your individual access code to the outside, that's how easy it is to get into the house. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a cosy leather seating area, wood-burning stove, a spacious dining area and a high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the living/dining room you can access the large terrace. In addition, there is a large shower room with sauna
If you are not on the move, you can enjoy SAT-TV or a good film on DVD from the living area. If you prefer music, there is a stereo system with radio/CD as well as iPod and USB connection. Or you can relax in front of the stove and listen to the crackling of the fireplace. So that you can also indulge in your culinary hobby while on holiday, there is a modern, fully equipped and spacious kitchen-cum-living room at your disposal. It offers you a large refrigerator with ice compartment, induction hob, extractor bonnet, raised oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The modern bathroom with adjoining sauna is equipped with a shower. The modern bathroom with attached sauna consists of: a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. After your sauna session, you can get out into the fresh Baltic Sea air through a double door.
On the first floor you will find a total of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), two night consoles, stools, wardrobe and satellite TV. One bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), night shelves, stool, board and SAT-TV. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses and have comfort height. You will also find a beautiful wellness bathroom to relax in on this level with a bathtub, floor-level shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer. To keep our little guests safe, we have equipped the upper floor with child safety doors on the stairs.
The top floor is the optimal domicile for your children. They sleep in two bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm). If you want to study or work while on holiday, you will find a desk here - we provide WLAN access free of charge. For relaxation, there is a reading corner with 2 beanbags and satellite TV.
The large garden table with space for eight people invites you to a sociable barbecue evening (an electric grill is available). The garden is fenced in.
Two parking spaces are available behind each other. If you have brought your own bicycles or have borrowed them, you can store them in a lockable bicycle shed
The house is ideal for families with children, generation holidays, holidays with friends or colleagues, but also for couples seeking peace and quiet. The high-quality and stylish furnishings will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Ground floor and upper floor are completely tiled, the attic is covered with vinyl. A travel cot and a high chair are available for small children. Children's crockery and cutlery are also included in the inventory
Dogs are welcome. However, home textiles, couch and all beds are taboo for the four-legged friends. A washing machine is also available. Each bedroom has fly screens and blackout blinds (pleated blinds or curtains). We have installed a safe for your valuables
Charcoal and open fires as well as fireworks are not permitted due to the fire hazard of the thatched roofs.

The unspoilt beach invites you to sunbathe, take romantic walks or extensive hikes. The coastal forest above the cliffs provides shade in summer and in the evening you have the opportunity to enjoy the sunset over the sea on numerous benches.
The nearby Baltic Sea cycle path is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the beautiful landscape of the cooling region
The location between the old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, but also the nearby Kühlungsborn, offer numerous opportunities for interesting excursions.

A recommended holiday home in the Algarve.
Everyone in the house enjoyed it very much: the design of the rooms, the excellent facilities, and the nice welcome. The contact with the owner - even before the trip - was pleasant and constructive.

Family vacation
We arrived with 6 adults and 2 children. The house is already an eye-catcher from the outside alone. The equipment is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. The children had the attic to themselves and were totally thrilled, so lovingly furnished with large bean bags and cuddly blankets. Everything you need is also available in the other 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, we could even bake waffles and cakes. The pictures correspond 100% to reality. The house is a bit secluded and quiet, we cycled about 2km to the beach. Everything you need is available in Rerik, Edeka, bakery, etc.
Booking with Mrs. Moritz was completely uncomplicated and very friendly. We had a wonderful time in the holiday home and would book again at any time.
