Our house has two fully equipped apartments of "Nicole" 70m² and "Melanie" 90m² (in the apartment "Melanie" is a minimum occupancy of 4 people) with space for 2-6 people combined, these apartments can accommodate 10 people.
Each of the apartments has a large shower-bathroom with WC and hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen-cum-living room with grill, electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, egg boiler, deep fryer, as well as sufficient crockery and cooking utensils.

Since summer 2016, Haus Karoline has provided you with free e-bikes as well as cycling helmets, maps for cycling tours and locks for the bikes (subject to availability).

Our house is located directly on the Achensee main road, with direct access to the Zillertal, Alpbachtal and the Inntal motorway. Via the Achenpass - Tegernsee- exit Holzkirchen we are also toll-free accessible.

It provides a central starting point for various activities, and also, due to its size, amenities, and quiet location, it was the ideal space when we wanted to chill.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, only a 5-10 minute drive from Lake Achensee. But even without a car, you can take the bus to the lake for free with the AchenseeCard.
The apartment is very nice, spacious, super clean, and well-equipped. Everything has been thought of.
The landlady is very friendly and open to fulfilling all wishes.

Very nice centrally located holiday flat
Very nicely located, clean holiday flat with very nice and helpful landlords. We really liked the fact that you can reach the Achensee or the skiing areas within 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the traffic situation. If you want, you can also leave your car at the flat and take the bus, which is about 10 minutes walk away, free of charge with the guest card to reach everything around the Achensee. Relaxing holiday in a dreamy setting.

Summer holiday 2020
It was a pleasant 14 days with you, highly recommendable. One thing that could perhaps be improved are the seating options on the balcony, as they are somewhat uncomfortable for longer periods of sitting.

Great vacation
In the holiday apartment Melanie in the Karoline house, we had a great vacation. Super cozy, spacious, well-equipped apartment; warm, cheerful, helpful host family; simply everything was great!

TOP- Fewo, super Urlaub!: TOP- Vacation home, great holiday!
We had a great vacation at the holiday apartment Melanie. Everything was clean and tidy. We were five adults and a toddler. The apartment was a perfect fit. We were allowed to use the landlord's amazing garden, as well as the grill. The landlords were very hospitable! Whether it was changing towels, providing a crib, etc., everything was no problem! Absolutely fantastic!!!
The area offers a lot of variety: hiking, relaxing by the lake, taking a boat trip, etc. We can definitely recommend it and will certainly come back sometime!

It was very nice!!
Landlords were very nice and attentive.
The e-bike rental was great and uncomplicated.
Unfortunately, it is quite loud from the street and the balcony never gets any sun.

Wonderful vacation.
We were a couple of 2, 27 and 29 years old, in the apartment. The apartment is clean, fully equipped and has a good starting point for hikes in the Zillertal or at Lake Achensee. We used the e-bikes, cooked, and also used the family's garden. Everything was great.

Vacation in Wiesing
It was a very nice holiday at the Schwarz family's house. Everything was clean, the kitchen equipment had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice and big and clean. The Schwarz family was very friendly and very family-friendly.
The surroundings are very beautiful here, with great views of the mountains and valleys. There were plenty of information booklets for excursions available.
A really beautiful area here with many opportunities for excursions and hikes with the family.
We will definitely come back. Thanks again for everything; we felt really comfortable.

Beautiful short vacation
Great apartment! Very cozy and beautifully decorated. Spacious rooms and a nice bathroom! Everything was very clean! The kitchen was very well equipped with a microwave, toaster, egg cooker, and even a fryer, all available. We felt very comfortable! The highlight for the children was the large trampoline, as we were allowed to use the garden of the Schwarz family! Very nice hosts!

Top Ferienwohnung
Very good, large holiday apartment. Excellent equipped with everything. Very nice and courteous landlords. We went skiing and were able to reach many good ski areas in a short time.

We were at the Schwarz family's for a short skiing vacation for the second time. This time we had the other apartment compared to last year, but it must be said that there are two nice and spacious apartments that are highly recommended for families. The next ski area in the Zillertal to the Spieljochbahn is about 8 km away.
