Description
We bought the semi-detached house adjacent to our own house in January 2016 and started to develop it as a holiday home. After renovating the entire interior, we started renting it out in September 2016. The house has approx. 100 sqm of living space, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, wood-burning stove, pull-out/sleeper couch, a dining area with corner bench, a large panoramic window with a view of the directly adjacent forest. From the living room, you can reach the 2 x 7 metre partially covered balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture and literally invites you to linger in the summer.
The fitted kitchen adjoining the living room and dining area is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. It leaves nothing to be desired. It leaves nothing to be desired. In the kitchen there is also a small dining table with two chairs. From the kitchen you reach the hallway and the guest toilet, which is also on the ground floor
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, as well as a cosy "cave" above the stairs for the "little ones"! Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a cot, a sliding door wardrobe and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a pull-out couch (with slatted frame), a sliding-door wardrobe, and there is a flat screen on the wall. From both rooms you have a direct view of the forest.
We have completely furnished the house ourselves and designed it as if we wanted to go on holiday ourselves and feel comfortable.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the district of Bad Sachsa, about 2 kilometres from the town centre, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. Here children can still play on the street and dogs can run freely in the forest and on meadows. Extensive hikes from the house are possible directly. The nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometres away, and all sights can be reached by car in a short time without any problems
But if you just want to relax or use the spacious garden (800 sqm), whether for barbecuing or playing football with the children, you can also just stay here and enjoy your time in the Harz.

Very beautiful
We have now spent a week with the Ritter family, it was a wonderful relaxing holiday. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and shown everything. The garden was great and even our dog felt really at home. We can only recommend the accommodation and would also holiday there again.
The surrounding area is also great to explore
So all in all, it was just great. We thank you very much for your hospitality.

super schöne Wohnung nette Gastgeber
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir zunächst sehr nett begrüßt. Vorab war der Kontakt auch sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Kleine Details sorgen für einen schönen Überraschungseffekt. Wir waren zu fünft inkl. 11 jährigem Kind. Trotz des schlechtem Wetters konnten wir einiges unternehmen wie zum Beispiel: Schwimmbad, Museum, Waffelhaus, Bowling, Indoorpark...usw. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Dann gerne auch den großen Garten und den Balkon nutzen...Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. lg. Fam. Somol

Haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, war alles vorhanden! Vermieter sehr nett. Die Höhle im Haus würde gerne vom Nachwuchs genutzt.

Ferienwohnung Rosenweg 28 Bad Sachsa
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Wir waren im Februar dort und konnten leider die geräumige Terasse nicht nutzen. Die Spielhöhle im Haus und die große Wiese sind vor allem für Kinder schön. Vielleicht kommen wir mit unserem Enkel mal wieder. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt und hatte viel Auslauf. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Ferienhaus
Gleich bei Ankunft sind wir sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der schneebedeckte Rasen des Gartenst war sofort Spielplatz für unseren Hund. Die Nähe zum Wald lädt zu einem Spaziergang und der Erkundung der Umgebung ein. Wer Ruhe und gleichzeitig Abwechselung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Bei Fragen stand uns unser Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Hund und kommen jederzeit gern wieder. Ein Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter.

We live where others go on holiday. Forest, meadows, paths with the possibility for long walks with child and dog start directly in front of the holiday home.
