This holiday flat for 2 adults on the 1st floor of HAUS KERSTAN, rated F*** again by the DTV on 20.7.2021, with a spacious living/bedroom has 2 separate beds that can be put together as a double bed. Extra bed and baby cot possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modernly furnished with underfloor heating.
SAT TV and music system as well as a selection of books and board games are available for pure relaxation
Upon arrival, guests will find already made-up beds, hand and shower towels and - if desired - also free bathrobes and bath towels for the lake or the Sonnentherme, as well as kitchen towels and cleaning products.

Location and surroundings of object
HAUS KERSTAN is located only 5 km from the motorway junction of the A3 and thus 25 km from Passau and 15 km from Vilshofen (both also with rail connections) in the market town of Eging am See and is part of the Dreiburgenland/Passau Oberland in the Bavarian Forest. In addition to numerous hiking and cycling trails to the Ilz Valley and the Danube, my guests will find the wonderful bathing lake and the Sonnentherme spa on site. The western town of Pullman City has also been a big attraction for guests from near and far for many years.
Thanks to its good network of roads and paths, Eging am See is popular for excursions to the Bavarian Forest National Park as well as to Austria and the Czech Republic.
Skiers will find several skiing areas within 25 km and cross-country skiers will not miss out either.

The studio is really very pleasant, with everything your heart desires. Ms Kerstan makes your stay a feel-good experience. We have already been there twice and will be happy to come back.

There is no better way!
If that's not a great accommodation, we don't know what is! 100 m² for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, perfectly equipped kitchens, comfortable beds, and plenty of space - no one gets on each other's nerves. We haven't had such a relaxing short vacation with the whole family in a long time! Bread and drinks delivery service helped us start the autumn days relaxed. We can only recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back soon.

Quiet vacation apartment for unwinding
To get to know this area, Eging am See and the "Haus Kerstan" are an ideal starting point. Mrs. Kerstan is very friendly and helpful, giving truly good advice. The apartment is spacious and clean, located in a quiet residential area, lovingly furnished, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. An apartment to feel completely comfortable in.
