This holiday flat for 2 adults on the 1st floor of HAUS KERSTAN, rated F*** again by the DTV on 20.7.2021, with a spacious living/bedroom has 2 separate beds that can be put together as a double bed. Extra bed and baby cot possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is modernly furnished with underfloor heating.
SAT TV and music system as well as a selection of books and board games are available for pure relaxation
Upon arrival, guests will find already made-up beds, hand and shower towels and - if desired - also free bathrobes and bath towels for the lake or the Sonnentherme, as well as kitchen towels and cleaning products.

Location and surroundings of object
HAUS KERSTAN is located only 5 km from the motorway junction of the A3 and thus 25 km from Passau and 15 km from Vilshofen (both also with rail connections) in the market town of Eging am See and is part of the Dreiburgenland/Passau Oberland in the Bavarian Forest. In addition to numerous hiking and cycling trails to the Ilz Valley and the Danube, my guests will find the wonderful bathing lake and the Sonnentherme spa on site. The western town of Pullman City has also been a big attraction for guests from near and far for many years.
Thanks to its good network of roads and paths, Eging am See is popular for excursions to the Bavarian Forest National Park as well as to Austria and the Czech Republic.
Skiers will find several skiing areas within 25 km and cross-country skiers will not miss out either.

The studio is really very pleasant, with everything your heart desires. Ms Kerstan makes your stay a feel-good experience. We have already been there twice and will be happy to come back.

Perfekter geht's nimmer!
Wenn das keine tolle Unterkunft ist, wissen wir auch nicht mehr! 100 m² für 5 Personen, 2 Bäder, perfekt eingerichtete Küchen, bequeme Betten und viel Platz - keiner fällt dem anderen auf den Wecker. Einen solch erholsamen Kurzurlaub mit der ganzen Familie hatten wir lange nicht! Brötchen- und Getränkeservice ließen uns entspannt in die Herbsttage starten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen sicher bald wieder.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung zum Abschalten
Um diese Gegend kennenzulernen, ist Eging am See und das "Haus Kerstan" ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Frau Kerstan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt auch wirklich gute Ratschläge. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Eine Wohnung zum rundum Wohlfühlen.

Schöne Tage im Bayrischenwald
Es waren sehr schöne Tage, alles was man sich in einer FE-Wo wünscht ist vorhanden. Es sind viele Möglichkeiten für eine sinnvolle Freizeitgestaltung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Kurzurlaub
Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Gastgeberin top. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
