Description
The two-story natural stone building with its red tiled roofs is located to the right of the small road that runs through the village. Upon entering the Bellevue, you are greeted by a spacious hallway where the wardrobe is located. To the right is the high-ceilinged living and dining room with a wood-burning stove. Behind the large dining table and the cozy sofas, you can look through the window at the valley stretching out before Tordères. From here you also enter the first of the two terraces of the Bellevue, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the wild and romantic valley all the way to the sea. On the left in the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, all kinds of dishes and cutlery, and a small dining area.
If you walk through the hallway past the picturesque stone staircase, you reach the bathroom with bathtub and toilet straight ahead, as well as another toilet to the left before it. On the right, you enter the first of the three bedrooms with a large double bed, whose balcony door leads outside to the terrace. On the first floor, on the left side, are the other two bedrooms, one of them equipped with a bunk bed, the other with a double bed. Opposite these bedrooms, the path leads to the second terrace of the Bellevue. This is well protected at the back and sides by the natural stone walls of the house, but opens up at the front to a fantastic view of the landscape all the way to the sea.

Pure relaxation
The holiday apartment Bellevue in Torderes (Southern France) is an absolute gem for anyone seeking relaxation and variety. The location is perfect: absolute tranquility in a beautiful, green environment – even in the hot August! At the same time, the region offers countless opportunities to enjoy the Mediterranean with its clean beaches, hike on the coastal path, or even take trips to the Pyrenees. Culture enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for here: There are castles, historical villages, and impressive buildings to discover everywhere. The markets nearby are a highlight – with regional fruits, handicrafts, clothing, and much more. A special plus: Florian Böttcher, the landlord. As a German who has lived in Torderes for many years, he knows the area like the back of his hand. He has excellent contacts, gladly gives insider tips, and ensures that you feel welcome right away. The people on site are invariably friendly – this makes the stay even more pleasant. Perfect Family Accommodation
Like a second home – we will come back!
We were in this holiday home in Torreilles near Perpignan as part of a family vacation in November/December last year, and it was exactly what we were looking for. As someone who appreciates the quieter moments on vacation, the fireplace was the absolute highlight for me. After a trip to the Pyrenees, sitting in front of it in the evening with a book and a tea – it couldn't be better. What also surprised me: How bright and friendly the living room was despite the season. The sun came in all day, so you didn't even feel like you were out in November/December. This gave the whole stay an incredibly relaxed, warm touch.
The location is a big plus – we spent one day at the sea (only a 30-minute drive) and another day hiking in the Pyrenees. This flexibility to be undecided in the morning between mountain or sea was really great. The house is spacious enough that you can also get out of each other's way as a group when you need peace – for us as a family, that was perfect, but I can also imagine it just as well with friends or as a couple. Overall, a clear recommendation from me!

Wonderful autumn month
Dreamy retreat near Perpignan – perfect for any travel group
We spent from early November to December last year in this beautiful holiday home in Torreilles and were completely thrilled. The location is simply ideal: You are at the sea in just 30 minutes, while the Pyrenees are practically at your doorstep for lovely hiking trips. This combination of mountains and sea in such close proximity is truly rare and makes the place perfect for anyone who loves variety. The house itself enchanted us immediately – the open fireplace created an incredibly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings, and during the day, the sun flooded the living room. Especially in the colder season, the interplay of crackling fire and warm sunlight through the window was simply wonderful. We were traveling as a family, and the house offered enough space and retreat options for everyone. But I can also very well imagine that it is just as suitable for a couple's trip or a relaxed friends' vacation – the region and the house offer enough activities and tranquility for every configuration. The off-season in November/December was, by the way, perfect – hardly any tourist crowds, mild climate, and still all the advantages of the region. Absolute recommendation for everyone who appreciates nature, coziness, and good accessibility to the sea and mountains!

Ein besonderes Plus: Florian Böttcher, der Vermieter. Als Deutscher, der seit vielen Jahren in Torderes lebt, kennt er die Gegend wie seine Westentasche. Er hat beste Kontakte, gibt gerne Insider-Tipps und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Menschen vor Ort sind ausnahmslos freundlich – das macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.
Fazit: Wer eine Mischung aus Erholung, Natur, Kultur und Mittelmeer-Flair sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ??️

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Familienurlaubs im November/Dezember letzten Jahres in diesem Ferienhaus in Torreilles bei Perpignan und es war einfach genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Als jemand, der eher die ruhigeren Momente im Urlaub schätzt, war für mich der Kamin das absolute Highlight. Nach einem Ausflug in die Pyrenäen abends davor zu sitzen mit einem Buch und einem Tee – besser geht's nicht.
Was mich außerdem überrascht hat: Wie hell und freundlich das Wohnzimmer trotz der Jahreszeit war. Die Sonne kam den ganzen Tag rein, sodass man gar nicht das Gefühl hatte, im November/Dezember unterwegs zu sein. Das hat dem ganzen Aufenthalt eine unglaublich entspannte, warme Note gegeben.
Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt – wir haben einen Tag am Meer verbracht (nur 30 Minuten Fahrt) und einen anderen Tag eine Wanderung in den Pyrenäen gemacht. Diese Flexibilität, morgens noch unschlüssig zu sein zwischen Berg oder Meer, war wirklich klasse.
Das Haus ist geräumig genug, dass man sich als Gruppe auch mal aus dem Weg gehen kann, wenn man Ruhe braucht – für uns als Familie war das perfekt, aber ich könnte mir das genauso gut mit Freunden oder als Paar vorstellen. Rundum eine klare Empfehlung von mir!
Wir haben Anfang November bis Dezember letzten Jahres in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Torreilles verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist einfach ideal: Man ist in nur 30 Minuten am Meer, gleichzeitig hat man die Pyrenäen praktisch vor der Haustür für schöne Wanderausflüge. Diese Mischung aus Bergen und Meer in so kurzer Entfernung ist wirklich selten und macht den Ort perfekt für alle, die Abwechslung lieben.
Das Haus selbst hat uns sofort verzaubert – der offene Kamin sorgte an kühleren Abenden für eine unglaublich gemütliche Atmosphäre, und tagsüber flutete die Sonne förmlich das Wohnzimmer. Gerade in der kälteren Jahreszeit war das Zusammenspiel aus knisterndem Feuer und warmem Sonnenlicht durchs Fenster einfach herrlich.
Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und das Haus bot genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle. Aber ich kann mir auch sehr gut vorstellen, dass es sich genauso gut für einen Pärchen-Trip oder einen entspannten Freundeskreis-Urlaub eignet – die Region und das Haus bieten für jede Konstellation genug Programm und Ruhe zugleich.
Die Nebensaison im November/Dezember war übrigens goldrichtig – kaum Touristenmassen, mildes Klima und trotzdem alle Vorzüge der Region. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Natur, Gemütlichkeit und gute Erreichbarkeit von Meer und Bergen schätzen!
Die Dörfliche Atmosphäre war wirklich sehr schön, sodass die Kinder sich überall frei Bewegen und Spielen konnten.
Ein kleiner Spielplatz mit Tischtennisplatte, Schaukel und Spielhaus für die kleinen war in der Dorfmitte.
Auch eine kleine Kirche, wo es zu unserer Zeit auch ein auf Spendenbasis organisierte, aus der Region stammenden Musiker Konzerte und Auftritte gab die wir besucht haben, was sehr schön war.
Das Ferienhaus war perfekt ausgestattet.
Von der Küche angefangen, die mit Mixer + Pürierer, echtem Backofen, Microwelle, Gasherd, einem großem Kühlschrank und scharfen Messer inkl. Schärfwerkzeug und Geschierspülmaschine!
Waschmaschine im Untergeschoss, Staubsauger etc. - alles war da...was ein großes Plus für eine Familie ist!
Alles war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Lage war ideal: ruhig gelegen in den Hügeln unweit von der Stadt Perpignon, aber dennoch in ca. 30 min an vielen wunderschönen Stränden, die wir fast täglich besucht haben.
Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir beim Frühstück / Abendessen die Natur, Ruhe und den Ausblick zum Meer genießen.
Die Kommunikation mit Florian war sehr herzlich und stets hilfsbereit (Routenempfehlungen in Frankreich/Besorgung bei Amazon Frankreich;-) immer erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Winzer.
Wir haben uns rundum wie Zuhause heimisch wohlgefühlt und können dieses Ferianhaus sowie den Vermieter Florian wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr groß mit viel Platz auch für eine große Familie. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar mit einem Messerschleifer:-), endlich keine stumpfen Messer mehr in Ferienwohnungen!!
Das Haus ist super sauber und es gibt alles was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und sollte etwas nicht funktionieren, wird sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Selbst bei einem Medizinischen Notfall, den wir leider dieses Jahr hatten, hat er uns sehr geholfen.
Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis, nur zu empfehlen!!! Würden jederzeit auch ein viertes Mal wiederkommen.
In der Region kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen. Der einzige kleine Haken ist, dass ohne Auto hier tatsächlich kaum etwas geht. Unsere Empfehlung: Wir sind mit dem Zug bis nach Perpignan gefahren (genau 5 Stunden ab Paris) und haben am Bahnhof einen Mietwagen übernommen. Von Perpignan aus ist es dann nur noch eine gute halbe Stunde.
Ruhe, Idylle, wunderschöne Lage mit Blick zum Meer. Endlich eine Unterkunft die keinen Fernseher hat. Wahrscheinlich deshalb so erholsam. Sehr netter Vermieter. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Egal ob die Strände oder die Pyrenäen
der Markt in Ceret oder der Kaffee auf der Dachterrasse, wir waren und sind einfach nur begeistert. Selbst unsere Erwachsenen 4 Kinder sind Fans geworden von diesem wundervollen Ort.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei diesen tollen Gastgeber für 3 wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub.
Das Haus bietet angenehm viel Platz verteilt auf zwei Etagen, sodass man sich, falls erwünscht, auch einmal zurückziehen kann. Unter anderem dafür eignet sich die Dachterrasse, von der aus man einen wunderbar weiten Ausblick hat. Ein Ofen im Wohnzimmer rundet die Gemütlichkeit ab. Zum Kochen ist die Küche reichlich ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, etc).
Die Lage eignet sich gut für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Spanien, Andorra und selbstverständlich durch das schöne Südfrankreich und ans Mittelmeer.

ist besonders. Der Vermieter ist stets ansprechbar und sehr fürsorglich. Tordéres ist ein attraktiver kleiner Ort zum Urlaub machen, nahe genug zur lebendigen Küste und doch ruhig und zurückgelegen in den Hügeln.
Die Ausstattung ließ für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vier Schlafgelegenheiten, Bad incl. Wanne, sowie Gäste-WC bieten genug Platz. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Essen oder Verweilen ein, und belohnt mit einem weitläufigen Ausblick. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, und lässt nichts vermissen.
Im großen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer wartet unser persönliches Highlight: der Kaminofen. Urgemütlich verwöhnt er den ganzen Abend lang mit wohliger Wärme. Wir haben an keinem Tag darauf verzichten wollen. Holzvorrat stand neben dem Haus zur Verfügung.
Dieses Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch den "Busch" und Ausflüge durch das wunderschöne Katalanen- / Katharerland.
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld sowie vor Ort war von Anfang an unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Vielen Dank dafür.
