Description
The two-storey natural stone walls with its red tile roofs on the right of the small street that runs through the village. Entering the Bellevue, you are welcomed by a spacious hall, where the wardrobe finds its place. To the right of the high living and dining room with fireplace. Behind the large dining table and comfortable sofas, one can look through the window of the valley extending before Tordères. From here you can also enter the first of the two terraces of Bellevues from which can be enjoyed from the sea with wonderful views of the wild and romantic valley. Left hand in the hall is the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery of any kind and a small dining area.
Going through the hallway at the picturesque stairway of stone over, to reach straight the bathroom with tub and toilet, and left before another toilet. Right one enters the first of the three bedrooms with large double bed, under its French door to the patio outside. On the first floor are located on the left side of the two further bedrooms, one equipped with a bunk bed, the other with a double bed. Opposite this bedroom the way leads to the second terrace of the Bellevue's. This is well protected in the back and on the flanks by the stone walls of the house, but are accessible to the front fantastic views of the countryside towards the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
This idyllic tiny village surrounded by vineyards and cork oak forests located 27 km from the Mediterranean, 20 km from Perpignan and 20 km from the Spanish border.
From Tordères you can look out over the plain to the sea. With the village the hills foothills of the Pyrenees begins overlooking the Canigou. Tordères is an ideal starting point for activities of all kinds: swimming trips to sandy and rocky beach, walks and nature hikes, excursions into the hinterland, in history and culture.
Tordères is located away from through traffic and mass tourism. Those seeking peace and relaxation, you will find in Tordères.

Unforgettable vacation in South France
We spent 3 dreamy weeks in Florian's holiday home in an idyllic, quiet, and romantic village in the Pyrenees - a real insider tip for anyone wanting to experience sun, relaxation, and southern France.
The village atmosphere was really very nice, allowing the children to move and play freely everywhere. A small playground with a table tennis table, swing, and playhouse for the little ones was in the village center. There was also a small church where, during our time, there were concerts and performances organized on a donation basis by musicians from the region that we attended, which was very nice.
The holiday home was perfectly equipped.
Starting with the kitchen, which had a blender + puree maker, a real oven, microwave, gas stove, a large refrigerator, and sharp knives including a sharpening tool and a dishwasher!
Washing machine in the basement, vacuum cleaner, etc. - everything was there... was a big plus for a family!
Everything was very clean and furnished with great attention to detail.
The location was ideal: quietly situated in the hills not far from the city of Perpignan, but still about 30 minutes to many beautiful beaches that we visited almost daily.
On the rooftop terrace, we could enjoy nature, peace, and the view of the sea during breakfast/dinner. The communication with Florian was very warm and always helpful (route recommendations in France/purchases from Amazon France;-) always reachable and with great tips for excursions, restaurants, and winemakers.
We felt completely at home and can warmly recommend this holiday home as well as the landlord Florian.
We will definitely come back!

Fantastic Road Bike Area
We were in the Belle Vue house for three weeks and felt completely comfortable all around. For road cycling, it's the absolute dream area! Since Mr. Böttcher has three houses next to each other, it's also totally suitable for larger road bike groups. Just get on the bike right outside the door, it doesn't get better than that!

Perfect Family Vacation
We are now in our third year in a house owned by Mr. Böttcher, this year in Bellevue, and we can definitely recommend it! The house is very large with plenty of space even for a big family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even with a knife sharpener :-), finally no more dull knives in vacation rentals! The house is super clean and has everything you need. The landlord is very helpful, and if something doesn't work, immediate assistance is provided. Even in the medical emergency we unfortunately had this year, he helped us a lot. Great value for money, highly recommended!!! Would come back anytime for a fourth time.

Perfect autumn holiday
We spent wonderful sunny days here at the end of September. The house is very well maintained and offers everything you need. The living room is very bright and friendly and there is also a wood-burning stove for colder evenings. The bedroom downstairs has direct access to the smaller of the two terraces with a beautiful view to the sea. The terrace door can safely be left open at night and in the morning you can wake up to the rising sun. For those who prefer to sleep longer, the windows can also be darkened
There are many great excursions to be made in the region. The only small catch is that you can hardly do anything here without a car. Our recommendation: We took the train to Perpignan (exactly 5 hours from Paris) and picked up a rental car at the station. From Perpignan it is then only a good half hour.

Very relaxing holiday - away from the hustle and bustle of our time
... We stayed in the holiday flat in June 2022. It was really super.
Quiet, idyllic, beautiful location with a view of the sea. Finally an accommodation that doesn't have a TV. Probably why it was so relaxing. Very nice landlord. Everything was just right.
