Good but ...
Hello,
it is really a nice apartment, close to the beach and quite well-kept.
What is really not up to date is the lack of Wi-Fi, which is already a drawback.
Also, there is no insect protection on any window, which is an issue given the proximity to a forest.
Additionally, there is no dishwasher, which wouldn't be a problem, but then free dish towels should be provided.
Would love to come back, but please keep an eye on the price under these conditions.

Very nice holiday flat
Very modern furnished holiday flat and very clean. Super location! The only criticism would be that, for whatever reason, unfortunately no private channels such as RTL, cable, Sat. etc. could be received, it was also not pointed out at the time of offer or arrival that you need an HD card for this????? Especially if you are there in the off-season and it gets dark early in the evening,you might want to make yourself comfortable in front of the TV - but with the usual channels,which should actually be standard. We also found the couch and its cushions - imitation leather - very uncomfortable (you are literally stuck to it and it is cold).
There should be a small waste bin in the bathroom, it was missing (especially for women!)
But otherwise it is a super flat, the beds (mattresses) are also great - you sleep very well! We still enjoyed our stay very much.

es ist wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, Strandnah und auch recht gepflegt.
Was wirklich nicht mehr Up to date ist, kein WLAN das ist schon ein Manko.
Zudem kein Insektenschutz an keinem Fenster, das in der Nähe zu einem Wald.
Auch keine Geschirrspülmaschine, was kein Thema wäre aber dann sollte man kostenlos Geschirrtücher zu Verfügung stellen..
Gerne wieder aber unter den Voraussetzungen bitte immer den Preis beobachten.
Im Bad sollte man einen kleinen Abfallbehälter bereit stellen,der fehlte (gerade für Frauen!)
Ansonsten aber ist es eine super Wohnung,ganz toll auch die Betten (Matratzen) - man schläft sehr gut! Uns hat der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.
