Description
The villa impresses with its great location, view, and very good equipment. Located directly on a large canal with golf access. Enjoy the comfort and amenities of this villa on your vacation. The prime location of the villa should also be emphasized - Sands Park, with free facilities for tennis, Pickle Ball, basketball, golf putting green, and cornhole, is within walking distance. Additionally, there are BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.
Tiles are laid throughout the house. No carpet, which is especially important for allergy sufferers.
The living space invites you to relax. Here you will also find a 60-inch TV with Apple TV, which allows you to watch German programs.
For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speaker). This way, you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool through the sliding glass door, has an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, shower, additional rain shower, and a double vanity. Two walk-in closets offer plenty of space. The second bedroom also has direct access to the pool area, as well as a TV. The bathroom is right next to it. The third bedroom, also with a TV, is located immediately adjacent.
The kitchen with adjacent dining area is large and spacious. A very good equipment including new stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso machine awaits you. Additionally, in the entrance area, you will also find a pool table for entertainment.
Energy efficiency is important to us, which is why Villa Blue Pearl has two new air conditioning units, one of which is separate for the bedrooms. This saves energy. Also, only LED lighting has been installed throughout the house. Often forget travel adapters? We have installed USB sockets for charging your devices in the house. The pool area is generously designed, here you will find loungers for relaxing, as well as the outdoor kitchen with a sink and large stainless steel grill for great barbecue evenings. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and operates with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Essentially, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You will definitely not have irritated eyes anymore. In the cozy lounge corner, you can enjoy delicious cocktails. Enjoy the great sunsets from the pool deck or directly on the water from the boat deck. Due to the west-facing position of this house, you enjoy enough sunlight throughout the day and the best sunsets in Florida every evening. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we want to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house. In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach accessories in the garage for your excursions.
Close by you will find the supermarket, the Cape Harbour marina with restaurants, an ice cream café, and shops, as well as the Camelot Park with a playground, BBQ grill stations, and tennis courts.
Renting a boat is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required, and the boat you rent from us is right at your own private boat dock, ready, for example, to explore the beautiful islands and beaches. visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. You will find many shopping possibilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Fantastic!

Beste Lage, beautiful Villa, Top location
We enjoyed our stay too much. Prolonged for 2 days and still didn’t wanna go home. Sunsets are beautiful and staying by the pool was so relaxing. Lots of golf courses nearby and shopping and restaurants around the corner. Quite neighborhood, nothing for party animals but perfect for families and those who enjoy peace and quite. We highly recommend the villa blue pearl.

Excellent view and beautiful property
Heiko is a wonderful host! Communication was great from the time we booked months ago until after we checked out. The property is a gem, jewel of the Nile per say, boasting a great view at the end of the canal facing directly due West to view sunset from the pool! The amenities were superb - comfortable beds, lavish modern furniture and plenty of space for our group of 8. The only thing I would recommend but wasn’t a deal breaker would be to install a tv in the other two bedrooms. This would top it off! Definitely will recommend this property! Cheers!

Blue Pearl
We had a wonderful time at the villa during our vacation in July. We stayed for just short of three weeks. Heiko and Patricia were perfect hosts from initial booking, checking in and out. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for advice. The house has everything required for a vacation and is spotlessly clean throughout. The pool table was well-used by us during the evenings, as was Apple TV and Netflix. Outdoor area with BBQ was also well used while we were on vacation. The pool was fantastic and was cleaned regularly while we were there. There are beach essentials within the garage for trips out. Sanibel, Naples, and Fort Myers Beach are also reasonably close by. Fishing rods in the garage to while away the hours on the boat dock - good luck; all I seem to catch is Catfish! Although lots of fish visible from the dock. All that's missing from the house is bicycles and a couple of kayaks which we had at previous bookings and is good for exploring the canals. Heiko can also arrange boat hire if required, although we didn't make use of this. This was our fourth year in a row to Cape Coral and as a vacation location it is fantastic. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by, but a rental car is essential. We would highly recommend this villa for a vacation rental. Amazing sunsets
Absolutely enjoyed our weekend. Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was relaxing and that view of canal was amazing. Loved the jumping fish. My husband went out fishing every morning. We will recommend this property to our friends. We will be be planning our trip next year at this home
