Description
This holiday home is located on Boulevard Ir de Vassy, corner of Wilhelminastraat, and features a private entrance and an enclosed garden. A private parking space is also available to you. This is a major advantage in Egmond aan Zee, as parking is almost nowhere free, or only allowed for parking permit holders.
You enter the holiday home through a large, inviting door. On the ground floor, there is a cozy seating area with a television. This has all programs, including the German ones. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the house. The dining area is very spacious and the new kitchen is super well-equipped, offering every comfort. Consider a combination oven/microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove with four burners (induction stove).
The bathroom is very luxurious and modern. Here you will find a walk-in shower, a homemade piece of furniture, and a designer sink with brass faucet. Everything is very spacious.
On the upper floor of the house, there are two bedrooms, each for two people. One of the bedrooms has a double box spring bed. The other bedroom has two single box spring beds. The house is ideal for families or couples. On request, we provide a crib and a high chair. Two adults and 2 children (or a baby) can comfortably stay in the holiday home.
Wellness Area
The private wellness area is split over 2 levels and is located in the new apartment complex at Wilhelminastraat 114D, which is just a stone's throw from the holiday home.
The wellness area is downstairs and the relax/meditation room is upstairs.
In the wellness area, there is a large Finnish steam sauna available for your use, which can also be used as an infrared sauna. Additionally, there is a 2-person whirlpool with waterfall, as well as an ice bath, a shower, a toilet, and a hand wash basin.
In the upper area, there are 2 lounge chairs, a coffee and tea corner, and a full-body massage chair.
Two yoga mats and a meditation corner are also located on this floor.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located only 100 meters from the beach, the dunes and the beach promenade. The village is running just two minutes.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the town of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. Before more than 1,000 years, it became a fishing village but since the beginning of the last century the village is interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly visible on the cityscape. On the beach promenade is very prominent lighthouse Jan van Speyk which is good to see also from the village.
The wide beach offers numerous opportunities for relaxation: deck chairs, sun loungers, windbreak and beach pavilions. Of course you can also go hiking, swimming, sailing and surfing. In addition, there is the opportunity to participate in various activities such as power kiting or take the canoe over breaking waves. Participation in such activities is certainly an unforgettable beach experience result.
The village offers tourists a lot of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping center, where everyone will find something. In summer, a weekly event is organized with a lot of village entertainment, which can be admired with pleasure of a terrace on the square Pompplein from.
Egmond aan Zee has plenty of shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open all year round, seven days a week and easily accessible.
Following the development of Egmond aan Zee, the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve begins.
Egmond can both beach, as well as a beautiful promenade and a welcoming village center offer. On the beach you are guaranteed to not be bored, because here often many activities are organized. Also Egmond is located in a beautiful area, which is surrounded by extensive dunes. Very close also include other beautiful destinations such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and walking are popular in this area.
Moreover, Egmond aan Zee is located near Alkmaar, a city rich in culture and history for example. the famous cheese market and is worth a visit.

We truly felt at home for 2 weeks.
The summer house was well-equipped, actually we had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Also, a pleasant environment for various excursions and always a parking space when coming home :)
We will gladly come back.

Fantastic accommodation for a holiday by the sea
The accommodation as well as the care by Sabrina was simply terrific. The accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, is clean and very stylishly furnished. From the accommodation, you are only a few minutes away from the beach promenade and can look out over the sea. Furthermore, you can reach the beautiful but small town centre of Egmond in a few minutes. We didn't want for anything and we recommend the accommodation 100%. The accommodation is also suitable for a holiday with a dog, as it is completely fenced in so that the dog can move around freely

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements. There is on the one hand, this cozy "village feeling" - and yet everything you need, also available: shops, beach, dunes and of course the beach promenade For us, it is the ideal place, we have our good fortune found hope to welcome you in one of our comfortable accommodations you soon.
