Description
The quiet apartment has been completely renovated in early 2018, fresh and modern with everything you need for your holiday. Among others with free WiFi. Given the location of the apartment on the 4th and thus the top floor, you have no residents about it.
The apartment is suitable for max. 4 pers., Has 2 separate bedrooms and a separate kitchen. From the apartment you have a magnificent view over the North Sea and can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the balcony.
In the building there are both an elevator and a spacious staircase.
For your car, you will receive a parking permit upon arrival. Possibly. Bring your own bicycles in a separate room downstairs in the building.
The cozy center of Egmond aan Zee is about 200mtr. away.

Nichts für uns
Leider haben wir keine Empfehlung auszusprechen. Duschtoilette im Erdgeschoss viel zu klein. Waschbecken im Obergeschoss. Insgesamt gemütlich aber ungepflegt. In der Küche ein Sammelsurium von Geschirr. Abstellraum chaotisch und schmutzig. Wintergarten heizt sich bei Sonnenschein extrem auf.
Wir fahren seit fast 50 Jahre n nach Egmond. Das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Häuschen sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders das Glasdach macht alles sehr hell. Mit dem Ofen sehr gemütlich. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, ebenso geräumig durch den Schrank im EG. Ausstattung soweit ausreichend, wenn auch die Tassen und Gläser mal ausgetauscht werden könnten. Toll, dass eine Waschmaschine vor Ort ist. Wohnzimmer großzügig. Betten sind ok.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem hochmodernen Backofen. WiFi ohne Unterbrechungen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wie bestellt vor Ort und Betten überzogen.

Es war alles gut erreichbar, sehr zentral, von der Lage allein her. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich mit Charme und allem eingerichtet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Schönes, Tinyhouse ähnliches Ferienhäuschen. Das Haus hat eine Top Lage, durch die Nähe zum Meer und dem Ort. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, der Kamin fantastisch. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der private Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist sehr praktisch. Das Bad ist minimalistisch, aber mit der Regenwaldwalddusche schick eingerichtet. Wir sind als Familie mit einem jugendlichen Kind gereist, dafür eignet sich das Häuschen perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder.
