Description
The 3-room NON-SMOKING flat no. 3 was newly built in 2016 and is located on the 1st floor of the house with 5 residential units
A lift is available. A reserved and marked parking space at the house is also available. Bicycle racks are available outside in front of the house entrance.
All rooms are tiled and have underfloor heating.
The triple glazed windows have electrically operated outside shutters, with the exception of the bathroom and toilet
The balcony is SW facing, approx. 16 sqm in size and can be accessed from the living room and the guest bedroom. With the electrically operated awning you can provide the necessary sun protection
The aluminium balcony furniture is light and can be placed anywhere on the large balcony with the two 80 x 80 tables. Matching balcony chair cushions are also available. 2 adjustable recliners are also available.
The windows and balcony doors are equipped with insect screens.
The sockets close to the floor are equipped with child-proof locks.
TV and radio channels are received via a satellite system.
Telephone calls to the German landline network and WLAN use are free of charge.

The living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area is generously sized and furnished with high-quality leather seating furniture. 2 relax armchairs and a 3 seater couch offer comfortable seating.
A 50" HD flat screen TV with Blue Ray player and a music system with CD player provide the desired entertainment.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
The master bedroom with double bed 2.00m x 2.00m on comfort height with adjustable slatted frames and H3 spring mattresses has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space which is equipped with 2 ceiling-high sliding doors. There is also an ironing board, iron, clothes horse and a short ladder.
A 32 inch HD flat screen TV is part of the equipment in this bedroom.
The guest bedroom with access to the balcony is furnished with a double bed 1.80m x 2.00m at comfort height with adjustable slatted frames and H3 spring mattresses as well as a corner wardrobe with plenty of storage space
An HD flat screen TV 32" is also part of the equipment of this bedroom.
The bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower and towel dryer has enough possibilities for storing and hanging up bathroom utensils.
The 90 x 90 shower is almost flush with the floor and has a grab bar. A shower stool is also available. A hairdryer and an LED vanity mirror are part of the equipment.
The guest toilet with washbasin, toilet and towel dryer also has sufficient storage space. A washer-dryer is also available here.
The small storage room is equipped with a wall and shoe rack and also offers space for a hoover and cleaning utensils.
The house with lift and the flat are barrier-free and therefore wheelchair accessible. Electric scooters are not allowed in the house or in the lift.

In the North Sea spa resort of Büsum, on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, you will find this sunny holiday flat at Friedrichstr. 10, just a few steps away from the main beach and the North Sea.
The lively town centre with its numerous shops, cafes and restaurants is also just a 5-minute walk away
5 minutes on foot. Equally close are the swimming pool, medical centre, pharmacy, bakery, bicycle rental and pedestrian zone. Shopping facilities are available in the pedestrian zone, as well as in various supermarkets and discounters on the outskirts of Büsum.
The popular family lagoon "Perlebucht", with numerous leisure facilities, can be reached in approx. 12 - 15 minutes on foot.

Simply beautiful
We were in this holiday apartment for the first time and already knew from the pictures that it is beautiful. It is not only beautiful but gorgeous. Greatly furnished, equipped, and has the perfect location in Büsum. We felt "really great," as the Berliners say. The service with the key worked perfectly. And on top of that, we had great weather. We will come back. Franz and Grandma and Grandpa.

Nice holiday in Büsum.
The apartment is very well equipped, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The guest toilet can be used as a second bathroom except for the shower, which is in the main bathroom. The entire apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture. The central location is another important point, shopping facilities, restaurants, harbor, and beach are easily accessible even for people with disabilities (about 150m). We have felt very comfortable in the apartment for the second time now.

Great holiday apartment, spacious and cozy, well furnished.

Very nice apartment, very well located, close to the beach, swimming pool "Meerzeit", restaurants and also to the bakery. Very clean, beds comfortable and everything there, we felt very comfortable with 4 people and would book this apartment again. Also, there is a collection of games available so that you can pass the time in case of bad weather. Really recommendable?
