Our family-friendly maisonette apartment located on the 1st floor offers you the cozy ambiance of a 3-room apartment. Our kitchen was newly installed for you in 2015. It is up to date with the latest technology. Much emphasis was placed on comfort. You should feel at home, with all the accompanying luxury, such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, etc. In this modern equipped kitchen, it is fun to indulge in culinary delights. The dining area for 2-4 people, as well as a small separate storage room, are located next to the kitchen. The cozy living area with cable TV, HiFi system, a south-facing balcony with comfortable garden furniture, awning, and dike view, blends in harmoniously.
On the upper floor, you will find two separate bedrooms. One of the two cozy bedrooms is very spacious, with a double bed and a child's bed incl. changing mat. The smaller bedroom has two single beds, which could be pushed together if needed. Between the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand washbasin as well as a hairdryer. The small bathroom was completely renovated in 2022 and impresses with a cozy and harmonious ambiance; the spacious shower offers ample room.
Directly opposite is the Meerzeit adventure pool with a wave pool, several swimming pools, whirlpools, and a spa area. At the end of February 2022, the bath celebrated its reopening after three years of renovation.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday apartment is located directly behind the dike opposite the Watt'n Hus. You can reach the harbor and the beach in less than three minutes. The Alleestrasse is also just around the corner. Despite its central location, the apartment is quite quiet.

Directly opposite is the Meerzeit adventure pool with a wave pool, several swimming pools, whirlpools, and a SPA area. At the end of February 2022, the pool celebrated its reopening after three years of renovation.
