Description

Holiday home for exclusive use – in a quiet cul-de-sac with private pool in the residential area Alqueria in Denia. Beautiful holiday home on an approx. 600 sqm, enclosed private plot with a well-maintained garden and its own pool. The private pool measures 4 x 8 meters and is equipped with Roman steps for easy access. It is operated with a special filtration system almost without chlorine and is therefore particularly gentle on the skin. The spacious pool terrace, bordered by an evergreen hedge, features an outdoor shower as well as sun loungers and a sunshade. A built-in barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are also available. The living area is divided as follows: living-dining room with SAT-TV, internet connection via WIFI and stereo system, with access to the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and offers a view of the pool, open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Two bedrooms with double beds (double beds with 2 single mattresses each 0.86 x 2 m). The house is located in a cul-de-sac. The entire living area is located on the ground floor of the villa. The upper floor is locked and guaranteed unoccupied. The property is at your exclusive disposal, so you can enjoy an undisturbed holiday here. The car can be easily parked in front of the house, as there are only 5 houses on this street. Unfortunately, the garage cannot be used.

It is about 1.3 km to the town, the distance to the beach is about 2 km, shopping facilities are about 700 away.
