we would like to thank you for the great vacation at the North Sea. Your holiday home "Charlet am Deich" is highly recommended. A very nice, clean, and new house where we lacked nothing in terms of furnishings, and where one simply feels right at home.
Only the mole repeller from the neighbors was annoying, as you can hear it beep every 40 seconds, no matter where you are in the house with slightly open windows. But of course, you are not responsible for that. We will definitely recommend the holiday home and you as the landlord!

Chalet at the Wadden Sea a dream

A great house

The holiday home at Ringelgansweg 12 is a great holiday home. You notice that the owners have furnished the house with great attention to detail. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The seating area is cosy and it is comfortable to sit there. Since the area is completely fenced in, it is very convenient to stay with dogs and our dogs loved to spend the whole day in the garden
The living room, dining room and bedrooms are also furnished with a lot of love and taste. The sanitary facilities are also great. We found a clean house and can recommend it with a clear conscience. Thank you very much for a great holiday in your house.

Great family vacation.

We were able to spend a wonderful week in this great house. It is well equipped with a fireplace, a perfect kitchen, a great bathroom, etc. We lacked nothing in the house. We immediately felt at home and very comfortable. It is quiet and close to the beach. It is also a great starting point for various activities (boat trips, swimming pool, shopping, trips to other islands, etc.). We can only recommend the house and will certainly come back.

We felt comfortable!

The house has a great location. Although it is very central, it is very quiet. There is plenty of space to do things together as a family, but also to get out of each other's way and enjoy some peace and quiet. The amenities are great! It might be helpful if the kitchen cabinets were labeled so that not every guest puts kitchen utensils wherever there is space. I would have liked more cleanliness in the kitchen cabinets. But when you look at the whole picture, it's complaining on a high level. Frau Ockenfels was always available as a contact person for questions. You can also take more vacations here :-)!

A very nice house

We have been to one of the two houses for the 2nd time with grandchild and dog and felt completely comfortable. It is lovingly furnished and really lacks nothing at all. The location is great, you can start walking or cycling right away.

Short getaway

In this house, you just feel comfortable. It is beautifully located by the dike. You can go directly out of the front door and take a walk with the dog. The house is very well-maintained and spacious, and there is simply nothing missing. Whether clothes hangers, clothesline, dryer, washing machine, or kitchen utensils. You will find more than you are looking for. In addition, the furniture, kitchen utensils, or coffee maker, etc., are of high quality and well-maintained. East Frisia is worth a visit.

We felt completely comfortable in the chalet by the dike. The holiday home offers everything your heart desires. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We felt at home. All amenities and the supermarket are within walking distance. The harbor is also just a stone's throw away. It couldn't be better.

Familienurlaub

We have already vacationed in this holiday home five times and have always felt very comfortable. The equipment is first-class. The house is located directly on the dike, and the beach is within walking distance. In a few minutes, you can reach everything that a vacationer's heart desires (cafés, restaurants, shopping, and bike rental) on foot. The garden is fenced in such a way that even small dogs cannot run away. All in all, highly recommended. Very nice landlords!

Just switch off and enjoy.

We stayed in this beautifully situated holiday home with our three children. It lacked nothing. Especially nice is the room for the children with the toys. Our little ones really enjoyed it. Particularly commendable is the well-equipped kitchen. If you really want to self-cater, everything is simply there. Nothing was missing. The location of the house, right on the dike, is also simply great. The house was very neat and clean upon arrival, and everything around it was well maintained. The 5 stars are not for nothing. All in all, it was a beautiful vacation. Perfect for families, whether with young children, older children, or none at all. We would love to come back!

We will return - no question

This year, we were able to spend our North Sea vacation at the Chalet am Deich for the 2nd time. Goldie dog Chiara, our two children, our son's girlfriend, my wife, and I. It was absolutely fantastic again. A holiday home that truly leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was perfectly prepared, and we could enjoy our vacation from the very first minute. The furnishings are of very high quality, everything, but absolutely everything, is available. The location is perfect (from the bathroom you can see the beautiful sunrise every day), enough space to retreat, a small chic garden to relax. Terrace furniture for a barbecue party (there is even a Weber grill here), sun loungers. Everything has been thought of here. Huge thanks to the Ockenfels family! Quality and highly satisfied guests are emphasized here. The booking for 2020 is confirmed. We are very excited.

Super Ferienhaus

In October, the two of us with a young dog stayed at the vacation home of the Ockenfels family. The house is a dream. It is decorated very tastefully and with high quality, and nothing is lacking. We would have liked to stay there permanently. The garden is also very beautiful and practical, providing enough space for both humans and dogs. We highly recommend this house. There are several restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a supermarket for self-catering.

Great holiday home

We, 2 adults and 1 child, can unreservedly recommend the holiday accommodation. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. It has everything you need and even more. The house is large, open, bright and very friendly. On the terrace you can relax in the deck chairs with a view of the small, but perfectly adequate, lovingly landscaped garden. You can easily park your car right at the house. We didn't want to go home. That says it all! If we spend our holidays at the North Sea again, we should stay healthy, only in the chalet at the dike of Mrs. Ockenfels. And we are already looking forward to that.

Tolles Haus

We visited the wonderful house of the Ockenfels family in February. With my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and our 5-month-old puppy. The weather was great, and we were able to enjoy nature. The house left nothing to be desired and was perfectly equipped with everything you need. The fireplace was used during the cool temperatures. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The beach was always empty at this time and therefore great for our little ones to run around ;)
We drove around a lot by car and saw a lot. The surrounding beaches are highly recommended, as well as the small villages.

We will definitely come back to visit :)

Here you arrive and feel comfortable from the first moment. The property is very tastefully and high-quality furnished. We lacked nothing. The garden invites you to relax and unwind. For dog owners, the off-leash area and the agility course at the Neßmersiel harbor are recommended. This can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The central yet quiet location also facilitates access to numerous excursion destinations. Restaurants are plentiful nearby. During the booking process, we had very nice and courteous contact with the landlady. At this point, thanks again for everything.

Rund um begeistert

We (3 generations and 1 big dog) felt at home during the 2 weeks. The house is furnished with great love and very tastefully. The furnishings are very high quality and well-maintained. We were able to relax completely, the perfect balance to the otherwise stressful everyday life. We enjoyed exploring the area by bike or on foot. The sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful. And for those who do not like bathing in the mudflats, in just 20 minutes you can reach a beautiful bathing lake in Tannenhausen. The local establishments on site are truly recommendable, especially the Fährhaus.

We have now been to the Chalet am Deich for the third time and every time it feels like coming home. The house is furnished with great attention to detail. You don't miss anything! From the high-quality coffee machine to the Weber grill and the fish cutlery, everything is available. Even in bad weather, you can relax in the spacious house and use the many available board games. We stayed at the Chalet am Deich vacation home from May 28 to June 18, 2016, and felt really comfortable here. The equipment is new and comfortable, with nothing missing.
