Description
The beautiful, spacious, detached thatched-roof house "Villa Lhamo" near the Baltic Sea beach is located in the newly built holiday home development Ostseepark Glowe. It has a living area of approx. 150 m² and is individually, modernly and family-friendly furnished.
On the completely tiled ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen (fully automatic coffee machine and coffee maker, waffle iron, ice cream maker and much more).
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy your breakfast on the 2 adjoining terraces or just relax.
Relax in the cold seasons with a warming fireplace
In the bathroom located on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet, a spacious rain shower with squeeze hose and a bio sauna with coloured light therapy and relaxing music.
The upper floor, which is also completely tiled, has three bedrooms with a total of six beds for adults and an additional extra bed for a small child. Unwind in a separate light-flooded gallery room, listen to your favourite music all by yourself or read an interesting book without being disturbed by other family members or friends. In addition to a rain shower, double washbasin and bidet, the spacious bathroom has a comfortable whirlpool to gently relax your stressed muscles
In the converted attic there are two further bedrooms with a total of 4 comfortable beds. The rooms are partitioned off to preserve your privacy. Another guest WC rounds off this living area.
All windows have sun blinds and fly screens; this also applies to the exit doors to the terrace.
The high-quality and modern furnishings naturally include a stereo system, Blue Ray player, several LCD TVs, internet access via WLAN, washing machine, dryer, children's high chair and cot.
Enjoy our individually designed garden in good weather; sufficient seating and relaxation possibilities, sunshades, a garden barbecue and a beach chair invite you to do so.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Sufficient parking spaces are directly on the property, as well as a carport with adjoining storage room. There is of course also a trolley for your "little ones".
To make your children feel at home right away, you will find a children's playground in the holiday complex. The beach of Glowe is only an 8-minute walk away and offers plenty of variety for young and old. The long sandy beach known for Glowe offers many leisure activities and invites you to play, romp and swim.

There are further shopping facilities in nearby Sagart
The fine sandy beach and harbour are only a 7-10 minute walk away.
The same applies to the wild beach, which is easily accessible via a staircase through the spa gardens
Granitz hunting lodge, a boat trip to Usedom, Hiddensee or to the chalk cliffs, as well as an excursion to Mönchsgut are always worthwhile.
The Störtebecker Festival is not to be missed.

For your safety, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The sauna/washing machine/dryer are operated by a coin-operated machine. Max. Super Urlaub
We were guests in this house in May. Simply beautiful. Everything was as described. We felt very comfortable there and would go back there anytime. The house is very well furnished and beautiful. Thank you for the great vacation days.
