Villa de Alevtina is located just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet residential area in the Almadrava district of Els Poblets, in Denia. On the right side there is a kilometer-long sandy beach that invites you to take long walks, on the left stretches a pebble beach. Enjoy carefree days here right by the sea. The house spoils you with a 1250 sqm beautifully landscaped garden, with seating areas, terraces, large palm trees, and many Mediterranean plants, and is surrounded by an evergreen hedge that ensures privacy. The 10x5 meter pool can be heated on request and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. In a 2x2 meter baby pool, even smaller children can splash around safely. A little off to the side, you can relax in peace in the covered jacuzzi, recharge in the sauna, or play table tennis. In front of the house, you can conveniently park your car; there are 2 covered parking spaces reserved for you.
The villa was recently completely renovated and has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower bathroom, thus offering space for up to 10 people. 2 living rooms with sofa bed, a cozy dining area, a 70 sqm covered terrace with BBQ and Dats, which can also be closed if needed, offer enough retreats for a larger group or family for a relaxing, restful holiday. The Villa Alevtina is furnished to a high standard, has air conditioning in all bedrooms and a central gas heating system, as well as a fireplace in the living room that provides cozy warmth in winter, making it perfectly suited for winter stays. The fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, coffee machine, microwave, 2 large refrigerators, oven, etc., leaves nothing to be desired.
The free internet connection is included in the rental price. The water consumption and the costs for garden and pool maintenance are included in the price. On the day of departure, you pay for electricity according to consumption at 35 cents/kWh.

The Villa Alevtina located in Almadrava area in Els Poblets, from here it is only about 100 meters from the beach. Just the thing for fans of the beach, sea and water sports.
Away from the tourist bustle of the main town, the idyllic settlement lies still central: three kilometers to the nearest sandy beach, three minutes drive to the motorway and about ten minutes to Dénia. Surrounded by palms, cypresses and orange groves, comes here once in a holiday mood.

Cancellation terms:
The contract will commence once the landlord has received a deposit of the aforementioned amount from the mentioned rental sum. Cancellation of this contract is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, provided there are serious reasons. If less than 30 days remain before the rental starts, the full rent excluding utilities must be paid. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions at short notice, the tenant will receive a refund of 65% of the rental price. The deposit remains with the landlord.

Pure relaxation, very beautiful villa.
We were there in May and the house was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy very cozy evenings on the 70 sqm covered terrace with television and fireplace. The kitchen, dining room, and living room provided enough space for our large group. We will gladly come back:)
